    Actually, some cops [that i have lost all respect for] are the only people I know who are _ _ _ _ing dumb enough to leave guns in their cars. I've never met a gun owner who does that. The cops who do that are the ones who looks at their sidearm as a nuisance required by the job, not as a tool to be taken care of.     I don't see why people are giving Dave issues about his stance on a rigger doing something ridiculous like that. (A) I never signed a waiver saying I wouldn't sue and/or beat ths shit out him for pulling a fandango on me. (B) I am not allowed to inspect the reserve once he closes it. He says it's safe and I have to take his word for it. You know my solution to the rigger/reseve issue? I watch them pack it.     The difference is you sign up for sports as an extracuricular elective. You can take the test or not play, simple choice. My issue with 'random' tests is like you said, who has oversight versus who actually deals with it.     before I moved out of my apartment/rented condo in Maryland, they used to bring in the Meixcans gardeners at about 8:30 on Sundays. Well, one weekend, they changed the rotation or something and the lawn below my window was first. I just stuck my head out the window and shouted at them about early mornings and common courtesy and 11:00am for god's sake. You know what? They smiled, said no problemo, and sat down for the next two plus hours. Anyone else here love the term "maòana?"
