    Hi folks, I am a believer that the Democratic Party must distance itself from the 'Old Guard.' Those such a Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, Patty Murray, etc; it is a long list. While AOC is out raising hell with the GOP, I do not believe that she can get any further than possibly the US Senate. Here is one Dem that seems to making some noise & taking a shot at the future: Sen.     Hi Ian, It really depends upon the condition of the canopy. Obviously, one should be conservative on wing loading. Red, who owned Flight Concepts, never agreed with fabric testing, term limits, etc on his canopies. A Firelite might be old, but it could still be a good canopy. Jerry Baumchen

    Hi Joe, Last week I received an email from David Hogg. He probably got my info because of my political donations last year. Then yesterday, I saw him on ABC's This Week. I found him way too talkative. But, then I began looking into him. I have to agree with him that the Dems have to get rid of those way too old folks that are holding us back; think Biden at his debate last year. While I do not agree with everything he stands for, I damn sure agree that the Dems [ and this country ] need some new blood.     Hi Joe, Re: he was voted in by a majority for one single reason: too many voters didn't vote for Harris. This, a thousand times this. When we were once again faced with Trump; and, by Nov '24, we knew what he was; why in hell would anyone vote for anyone other than Harris?
