  1. Don't know if I'll get on the manifest any time soon. I have given it some thought from time to time. Once it's in your blood, you really never give it up completely. Like I mention before it has been awhile since I was active. When I made my first jump, squares were just appearing at the drop zone. Para Commanders were still popular and the students were put out on a T-10 with a chest mount for their five static lines. A friend of mine had a student pilot's license and worked at the local airport. He would borrow (when no one was looking) a plane and take a few of us up for a few jumps. The first time he did this, he had less than 10 hours solo. Things were a lot different back then.
