Wrestling skills with some sort of striking (Kick boxing, Muay Thai, boxing ect...) would probably have the best real life application.. I always go back to UFC because if you get into a 1 on 1 fight it will almost always end up like that.. Wrestling skills will be really effective if you know submissions.. So if you want the best defense some sort of submission wrestling would be a good start.. If you cant find a place that teaches that, Brazilian Jujitsu is just as good if not better...

His bikes were amazing! His classic style was still a winner even now adays. I watched him do some stunts on one of the Discovery channel shows, laying down on the seat, standing on the seat ect.. He never had a helmet on, or any gear for that matter. Somebody like that, with years on top of YEARS of experience who has done those stunts so many times I'm sure it was like second nature.

Hmm.. It must hit in about the same place, I always reached immediately but on Saturday had an opening that makes you grunt.. My pinkie finger is badly bruised today and hurt all weekend. I will wait until line stretch now..

lol, I figured I was missing something.. Point is, I was like "HEY check out skydiving on TV" to my wuffo friends and then that happened.... Bad timing I guess, lol EDIT: she had a belly reserve too, lol...

King of the Hill was on tonight and the wife made a skydive.. On the episode both chutes didn't open and she hit in a field, the show ended on that.. What the hell is that about?

It took me about a minuet to get the first one, had to get my face close to the screen. Once you get it (eyes got all blurry and then BLAM, picture) At first I could only see it for a second, then I blinked and could look all around while still seeing it.. Hmm, been so long since I have seen one of these I forgot how cool they are! Thx!!
