A magazine, I guess its not that known of a magazine though. I work at an airport, I walk through a big ass magazine store everyday so I guess thats why I knew what it was..

OMG, I hear you on that one Same here, when I got home from my AFF1 I had no more desire to play from 10pm to 6am, I was sooooo addicted. I just couldn't put it down. Since I didn't quit cold turkey I am still holding on to it by a string, I miss gettin drunk and talking shit with my buds while blowing ppl up.. Oh, the good ol' days I guess I'll just have to go climb back in Otter to make me feel better

I am guessing a "clear and pull" is a sunset pull at altitude? Sorry for the noobtastic question... I have always wanted to do that but have yet to, looks like its bout time

I loved 1.5!! I stopped playing when 1.6 came around, I was thinking about installing it again.. I do miss it so! Maybe I will, hmmm...

I saw on the news about the most recent addition of the "Mens Journal". They said it had a spread about skydiving. I picked it up and it has some awesome shots in it but very little about skydiving. Just a few short paragraphs. I did notice that on the bottom of each page it had a detailed description of what each jumper was wearing down to the shoes and how much each piece costs... So I guess it was more of a fasion statement then a special on jumping. Did anyone else see this? Is that normal for skydiving featured in magazines other then Parachutist?

The video didn't look like they had a very in depth training program, but they might not have shown very much.. I think there should always be an instructor holding on to you on you're first jump.. In case you freeze up and don't pull, which I think is what happened to that kid

It was good, I learned some things but like TribalTalon said, some people need to learn when its the right time to talk. Other then that it was great! Also Bob Sinclare was at our DZ and if I herd the name right and herd the talk correctly he is D-1 license holder.. Thats pretty awesome, nothing to do with safety but still pretty cool!
