Thanks Bill. This is a long shot, but ... Any chance you might know which performance it was? I've found several different recordings, but none as good (in my opinion) as the one used in Skydive. Mike

Yup! Managed to find a guy with a vast collection of musical items (amongst old pionos, pianolas, turntables ,78's and more, Music boxes that are masterpieces of swiss watchmaking expertise) and with your clue we got it. Amazing the difference in interpretations though. The next thing is to find out which performance it was. Hopefully the people in Germany will help with that when they're back from holidays. Thanks Bravonier, I'll find that piece and check it out. Someone else suggested a piece by Mascagni called "Cavalleria Rusticana" ( The Rustic Cavalry). I'll let you know what I confirm tomorrow. Mike

Hi all. can anybody identify the classical piece of music used in Skydive for the big formation. I would greatly appreciate it. I've got the 16mm film but there are no credits of this piece of music. Mike Dyer
