Uggg... you're telling me!!!! I ran/jogged about 4miles yesterday. Unfortunately, I need to run with a lift in my heel (they had to cut 3 centimeters of my femur when i femured in), and i forgot my lift, so I was pretty sore last night. Definitely could feel it in my leg. Still trying to do good though. I leave here tuesday, wednesday I'll probably do my curling (which believe it or not, is good exercise), same with Thursday, and I'll probably go running at least on thursday, hopefully wednesday, but we'll see how tired I am when i get home wednsday morning. Tomorrow, i'm going biking, today is an easy jog around town, but it's windy and cold, so we'll see how that goes

well i started running during the early afternoon while it's light outside. Done some curling, walking, biking, planning on going running tomorrow, hiking sunday, biking monday tuesday i'm gonna take the day off. Flying back home then. Wednesday i might take it easy since i don't get back home until 12:30AM wednesday morning. Wednesday night i have curling, same with thursday, and friday i'll probably go run or skiing or something. We'll see... Eating more healthy, and trying to be better about things.. The poor bastard must work with some of the meanest practical jokers around. He seemed like a genuinely nice, sincere but very clueless guy who really didn't know what he was walking into. If he's acting, he deserves an Academy Award for best performance *ever*! I'm thinking his coworkers will be laughing their asses off and telling this story for the rest of their lives. I had no problems!!!! Opened it up, and all the glitter stayed right where it was supposed tooo... maybe it's because I'm queen of evil glitter cards... know what also works... are hole punches.... putting them in a card... Ya, i have a training program that i'm following right now, and i'm not planning on running my first til the end of the year... Plenty of time (well not really) to get ready for it!!!! I just want to get a nice watch to help pace myself better. To everyone that's responded so far... thanks for the insight. I'm definitely going to use that in my decision!!! Hey to any and all runners out there!! I'm looking at running a marathon this year, and have read a few books on marathon running, and am actively searching on the best type of watch timers that people use for training. I'm planning on starting pretty easy with some 2 minute run, 2 minute walks, but I'm curious to know what sort of timers do you guys use when you are training for a race? Any advice is well appreciated!!! Working at an Aquarium... Feeding fish, penguins, sea lions and Dolphins (along with swimming with the mammels), plus checking to make sure that they are being taken care of properly... I loved that job!!!
