Because handing out money to people, other governments, and companies has been so successful in making them more self sufficient. Handouts bad, secured loans/investing good.

Initially one is just a product of their biological parents and whatever that entails including location. Granted some have easier paths in some things than others as well as better places to live, but calling that a right is incorrect.

It actually doesn't make financial sense in the big picture. If there are people not given benefits or paid enough to afford to live (legal or illegal though illegals have less recourse) they will seek out "free" services for what they don't have through charities, government programs, local services, and in maybe even fraud or theft. This puts additional strain on multitudes of public and private systems which in turn causes services to be cut, prices (or taxes) to rise, or additional debt from loans to be incurred to try and maintain the status quo including the company that had the low wages to begin with. This is one reason why accounting practices are fundamentally flawed as they can't quantify factors such as these or others. And that is absolutely true. I am a survivor, I will do what it takes to get what I want to happen, and I would do it legally. If I needed a degree to get that done, then i would have taken steps long ago to acquire one. When I was in school, the way the school board always got more $$$ was to threaten year round school or redistrict students in a rich area to the underfilled old schools in the poorer sections. I have read the bill twice. I never saw any language in it where they are required to pull every one over that fits a discription under threat of suit. That is just a BS terror tactic to sway the uninformed to your way of thinking. Not to mention impractical and impossible to enforce as a description of only the race of the person is not enought to go on to search in most areas. I just disagree with you. I feel like there are actual reasons why people feel the hate. I don’t think the hate would exists just if they had religion, however I do believe the hate would be there if the actions still occurred and the people were atheists. Possibly, but atheists tend not to want to die even if they believe strongly in a cause as they have no afterlife. The whole reincarnation, heaven, 72 virgins thing just isn't effective as an incentive. yep at times i wish we did. Humane maybe, reasonable, not really which is why conflicts escelate and continue. By the time groups resort to violence and war, it's generally just escelated reactions. Hate is born of arrogance, faith, and ignorance with no regard to logical thought, the three main tenants of most religions. So we should expand government handouts to all people worldwide to make them like us? Extremism in any form is not logical or rational which means that they generally can't be reasoned with. How many people have succesfully used logic to convince even a mildly religious person that their entire system is based solely of faith and belief and no facts support this? Sounds like a legit stop to me, albeit not a very common one usually. Just because a law isn't always enforced doesn't mean it can't be. If the officers only detain the citizens until their identities can be established, they could sue, but doubt they'd win. If one of the "actors" acted in a threating manner or tried to assault or run from an officer, that would be the wildcard depending on what level of force the officers used to maintain control of the situation. And as I said before, profiling by race alone is not only wrong, it's ineffective just as profiling by any one single criteria is. This doesn't mean that it should or should not be used as a criteria set to create a profile based on past data trends. Ex: If there are criminal operations that've been reported/observed as using a certain type of vehicle, generally in a certain condition, appearance, in a certain area, with a certain ethnicity driving, it may be prudent to also investigate those that don't match that ethnicity as well. The key is consent. Only humans can consent or not consent. Which is where the consistency of the logic used has to be firmly established and without exception. Ex: Anyone willing to kill to save others would also have to be willing to allow themselves to be killed to save others.
