All, So I'm going to Lost Prairie this year, and I'm driving out there together with Genoyamamamamamamoto. We're going to make this trip worthwhile, not just skydiving and want to see something along the way, so we're looking for a nice drive. We've got some recommendations already, to go through Twin Falls for example. Any other advice from people that have driven this before? We're leaving from the SF Bay Area. Iwan

:12:0 No firsts this weekend, but 12 cool jumps so I can't complain. Saturday I did a couple of fun jumps and competed in the 8 way speedstar scrambles. Sunday a couple tandem videos, Shannon's (GFD) tandem with the Deuceman and some more funjumping.. When I started forgetting points on the last skydive I figured it was time to go home and do some relative work for father's day.. Very cool weekend, is it Friday yet?

That's what I thought too.. the price difference and the features that were extra on the 10D weren't worth the 500 bucks extra. For the burst, I only use it for the exit shots, and in case of tandems for the opening. Iwan

you just said it yourself, get the 10D then. The 3fps burst is only for 4 frames, then it slows down a little bit, and then around 12 frames it REALLY slows down, to about 1 fps. The above is just something I found through random testing.. Iwan
