  1. The only problem with the skydiving boys is that they watch their videos all night and make you get your own beer from the cooler. Other than that, Steve confirmed that I am an official Bella and will get a sticker. If anyone will be at Mile-Hi Friday afternoon, you guys rock and I hope to see you. I hung off the strut today. Perhaps that's a step up for a "newbie" like me.
  2. Rock on. I suggest another picture. That one doesn't show how studly you are.
  3. 'Not cool to rag on Ketih. He is a good person who let me weld Flashdance-style. Actually, I couldn't see a thing, so I thank mini-Bella Oscar for guiding me to a few pattern melts. Keith plays an important role at the DZ, and I appreciate it.
  4. And look up Nick, Keith, Steve, Peter, John, Jeff, Jeff, and etc. They are great guys and very respectful, as are the non-Bella's.
  5. 'Kinda weird that you aren't wearing a shirt, but I think that the issue of mentors is a very important one. I am a newbie and I sought a mentor who helped me escape my type-A personality and enjoy the sport. Praise Skratch! Sometimes the experienced guys forget how we amateurs come to know this sport. I've discovered that it is super-helpful to watch people land and ask people tons of questions which might annoy them but help me understand the language and rules. I regret huddling over my work in the student hanger, when I could have been watching the packers or landings. Just some advice for the newbie AFF's who wait forever. With all that time, you should watch. I took naps on the lawn, which we needed, but I should have watched the last loads.
  6. I only showed it because I wanted to shock a few Bella's when they were considering my induction procedures. (I feel sorry for girls who dance around a pole and on Canuck for $, so I refused an extended appearance at Bella's.) A 2-4 second show got Nick and Steve doing high-fives, and they declared I was official. It sorta came from my showing it to Keith really late night in appreciation of his asking me out at least 3 times everyday I was ther DZ. I mean this in a good way, he is my bud and the last man standing Saturday night. Anyway, no hook-upss, no kisses my way, but you skydiving women really should come to Mile-Hi, because all the guys are total studs.
  7. Cat is inducted into Team Bella's late night Sunday after proving herself as "The Last Woman Standing" at Mile-Hi for a few weekends. Although some folks mocked her drunkeness and her inability to remember the sequence of packing on Saturday night, she got her A on Sunday. Yes, a newbie. The reason why guys don't have chicks at the drop zone is because you watch their videos all night. (You know who I'm talking about, but didn't I beat you shotgunning beers?) Ha, Ha. I know you guys are there, and I will say this to the women: The guys are Mile-Hi are fun and good guys. If I had more time in this area, I would love to hang out with them more. They are really shy, so you have to be clear about what you want. The best one is Doobie (Matt). I just adore him, he is so silly and free. Team Bella talks a good game, but don't be intimidated. They talk a bunch of poop, so if you go there, be agressive and show them your nipple pierce. (Did I just day that?) They really all are gentlemen, I would never say otherwise. Thank you Mile-Hi and Bella's. I love you guys! Look me up if you're somewhat near Ithaca or otherwise. Cat! P.S. Keith is a stud.
  8. I jumped with Santa at Mile-Hi. His white beard and mustache fly up in free-fall. -- It's so cute!
