    Hey man......hell ya you can have it done. For the best way to find out, call one of the manufactorers and ask them how much it would cost to do what you want to do. The reason it isn't done more, like Phree said, is because it costs a lot and you would have a tougher time reselling it. (Depending on what you put on it, really.)     Thanks for the info, jkm2500!! I will certainly think about it and talk about it with Laura. I guess serving crabby customers in a restaurant isn't my thing, but I would rather serve my country. That is a lot of time though to take away. But, if I have more questions or anything, I'll let you know!! And Spectre, for being a "high security clearance, high ranking person", I would think you would have better things to say about it and trying to get people in instead of telling me that serving my country would waste a WHOLE weekend per month.     Damn!! I thought that was one of the good things about being in the military was that they gave you the G.I. stuff. Hmm... I am asking more about the branches. I did not know if there are Navy, AF, and CG Reserves. I found a list of jobs on the Army website. I thought that the linguist/interpretor one was kind of up my alley. However, I haven't checked out any of the other branches. Thanks for your info, skymedic! I will definetely take some more input from anyone else that wants to give me their thoughts on it.

    I have a questions for all of you military types. I am thinking about getting into the Reserves, but don't know a whole lot about it. I don't really dont want to go to a recruiter yet to talk, because I hear they just sign you up anyway no matter what. I really don't know what to ask, specifically, so I'll just make some general questions and if you have anything to add, please do. First, what kind of pay do you normally get for being in the Reserves?? And, what different kinds of reserves do they have?? Second, what kind of training is involved for the Reserves?? Do I have to go away for like 8 wks?? And the most important....is it WORTH it to be in the Reserves?? Thanks for all your help!!! -------------- Boogie pics coming!!!

    Hey all!! Laura was going through some stuff and found a bunch of baby pictures of me that we had used at our reception for a slide show. After seeing that thread about "DZ kids", I decided to make one of the pages on our website have some of the baby pictures on it. Does anyone else have some baby pictures that they want to put on here?? If you do, SHARE WITH US!!!

    Actually the rigs are going to match as well. Our rigs are navy blue/red and where mine is red, hers is blue and vice versa. They are gonna look SWEET!!!

    *sigh* I give up. I guess that I am just saying that you dont have to do it EVERYTIME. Maybe if you were with someone that you knew and you could work something out. For instance, I did a lot of my coach jumps with a friend and he knew I can turn and track. So, we would have been fine. Oh well....I'm done with this. -------------- Boogie pics coming!!!

    Sounds great! Laura and I are awaiting our new as well for the same reasons you like yours. She has actually gotten bruises on her shoulders, arms, and legs from that gear. I feel really bad for her since it doesn't hurt me but she comes out everyday looking like she just got in a fight with a baseball bat. Well, I guess we'll both appreciate it. Make sure you get those pics up!!!

    I will have to agree with cameramonkey. I was on sunset load on Mullins' and we passed a S. Otter on the way to altitude right after take-off like you would pass someone on the interstate (minus the blinker), however by the time we were on jump run, the Otter was on jumprun as well. I think that the 7 minute myth is a little misleading. -------------- Boogie pics coming!!!

    That looks pretty cool. Good luck getting a rig and jumpsuit to match it that doesn't look VERY dull though. However, if you got a black/white container, it could have possibilities. HERE is a picture of what mine will look like and HERE is what Laura's is going to look at. The containers completely match the mains as well for both. I am TOTALLY psyched!!!
