Nutter with gun massacres school children in Germany
christelsabine replied to Skyrad's topic in Speakers Corner
Like in this new case? http://www.belfasttelegraph.co.uk/breaking-news/world/north-america/man-kills-himself-and-four-others-in-miami-14227938.html Happened few hours ago. I think, with our (sad) statistic showing 3 cases in 9 (or 5 in 15) years, we still are better off. Our laws seem to work a bit better. dudeist skydiver # 3105 -

It prevents?? Never ever did I say such a nonsense. I'm for strong, rigid gun (ammo) laws here and hope, they still will be exacerbated much more. Victims to fight back?? In a school? Kiddies enter the school fully armed or what? And now, JR and Mister Mike, go and search my previous posts regarding weapons et al - have fun ! dudeist skydiver # 3105 -

Nutter with gun massacres school children in Germany

So much for christelsabine's idea. Someone called me? Oh well, JohnRich! Do your homework before posting ..... 5 fatal shootings in 15 years, of which minimum 2 were revange killings (f.e. a Turk killing many people after a choosen woman refused to merry him) I just try to imagine what whould've happend, if every member of the womans family was armed and had fired back (as per US style "shown" here many times) : I giant mutual killing with many more killed persons. A pile of dead bodies. As long as those fatal (school-) shootings do happen that rare, our laws seem to work properly. No wait, I think not really: They should be much more rigid. Especially regarding gun/ammo controls. JohnRich, turn it from left to right, it will remain unchanged: Our laws work. And as long as every idiot has the right to buy as many weapons as he likes (as per US style), mass killings in the US will happen every now and than. Arm those (high) school kids - as per request of a poster here - and the death toll will increase endlessly. Good luck. dudeist skydiver # 3105 -
Teach That 15 Year Old Girl A Lesson Officer!
christelsabine replied to Andy_Copland's topic in Speakers Corner
so it takes a female officer to tell the difference between right and wrong? What are both officers "telling"? A difference between right or wrong? Well, absolutely. But only with reference to their own agressive attitude towards a juvenile I'm not that familiar with US laws but, here such a situation is quite impossible: In any issue a (female) teenager/kid is involved in, strictly a female officer is required. I feel sure, you know what I meant. dudeist skydiver # 3105 -
No. I'm not. But, I fully agree with each single point, I'm doing nearly the same and feel so normal! Why should I carry home the intestinal bacteria from the guy filling his gas tank before me? It's so easy to take one of the paper towels you find everywhere at gas stations, wrap it around the filler plug and it's OK! Why do I have to use the clerks pen who just cleaned his ears with it before handing over the pen to me?? No need for that. For all our family members, it's absolutely normal to wash hands after coming home. All day long, we all are touching so many things covered with bacteria - so it's just a feel-good move to wash hands after coming back home. My home is my castle - Escherichia coli-free

Sure. It's mandatory for uns Germans, we have to carry with us our IDs or passport wherever we go. Not a bad thing.

Teach That 15 Year Old Girl A Lesson Officer!
christelsabine replied to Andy_Copland's topic in Speakers Corner
Jesus, how is it possible that 2 police officers (adults) are alone with a youngster in a cell? A girl? No carer of any youth welfare office around? No female police officer? That's absolutely impossible here to arrest a minor w/o informing parents or carers before. But, obviously this 250 lbs girl was throwing dangerous stuff towards the officers, reason enough to smash her down - so it needed both of the men to calm her down by pulling out her hair to stand up. What a use of force. Incredible. dudeist skydiver # 3105 -

11 Year Old Boy Charged With Murder As An Adult
christelsabine replied to Andy_Copland's topic in Speakers Corner
Point taken. I agree 100% that his father is very muc to blame and needs to be accountable for his actions. But regardless, he still learned those bad habbits and he still pulled the trigger. Yes, his father taught him, but the point is the boy is still dangerous, very much so. What are you going to do, put that kid in a foster home while his dad goes to jail? He needs to be locked up until he is safe to return to society. Not to punish the child, but obviously to protect those around him. Take that kid far away from his father, who, obviously completely failed. He and no one else has to be punished. Foster parents, accompanied by professional mental help, should be the solution for the young one. The older he gets, the more he will understand what once he did - in the age of 11! He needs help right now, not a cell in jail. Jeez, with eleven he's not even allowed to buy fags! How could you expect him to understand the consequences of what he did?? "He needs to be locked up until he is safe ...." Who will decide when he's safe?? The inmate next door? Lock him up and leave him alone in jail? Holy Cow, what kind of thinking is that?? dudeist skydiver # 3105 -
11 Year Old Boy Charged With Murder As An Adult
christelsabine replied to Andy_Copland's topic in Speakers Corner
That kid shot a pregnant woman. It surely was NOT aware that it would kill 2 people with its 20gauge weapon That kid is not dangerous, what a nonsense is that! The little boy simply was absolutely helpless - he just wiped off someone (the pregnant woman) which, surely, in his eyes took away a part of his family (dad). But, who told the little kid what to do with a shotgun? How to handle it to kill? Who trained it? Who DID NOT pay attention if the 11 y/o kid had access to such a deadly weapon?? Ask dad. In my country, the father of the 11 y/o would go to jail, no doubt about it. (BTW: I am talking with the experience of beeing a member of a patchwork family. Many problems do occur in such cases - my kids/his kids - bring them together! It's a lifetime work! But, doable!) That little boy is the loser. His father should pay for it. All his lifetime, not the boys lifetime. dudeist skydiver # 3105 -

11 Year Old Boy Charged With Murder As An Adult
christelsabine replied to Andy_Copland's topic in Speakers Corner
Why to go that complicate way of changing anything in court? Take the easy way out. Teach them kids earlier how to handle a weapon in a proper way - of course, with smaller calibres. They're kids, right? Let's say: Start training at the age of about 3 or 4 years. They will understand, believe me!! Teach them kids never to use a gun in anger, in frustration, when beeing drunken, or beeing beaten by drunken father, never when the idiot next door (once the best friend) refuses to play with the kid ... teach that kid all of that. They will understand! All of that only - of course! - if you're a responsible and caring parent, like all weapon owners are! (Know what? At next opportunity, it will take the gun and kill the next one ringing at entrance door.) Holy shit, you guys think about changing penalties. You should think a bit more about gun controls. It's no more only the drunken/stoned adults killing others and each other - it's your small kids right now! How on earth is it possible that small kids in this age can put their hands on weapons???? These kids - 9 and 11 y/o - are nothing new. It's happening on a regularly basis and will happen again. Over there. Change juvenile penalties. Quickly. dudeist skydiver # 3105 -

christelsabine replied to Andy_Copland's topic in Speakers Corner
Don't do that. A .410 is much too small and only causing injuries. Even in pink. The little guy in this thread is 11. The other one of last week, the one who killed 2 adults, you remember? - is 9 y/o. His weapon was light blue? Never mind. Main thing is, kids know how to use it. In pink or in blue. dudeist skydiver # 3105
