Yep. My oldest brother was 22 when he finally decided to do such step, as he's got enough having troubles. All of my other brothers (between 18 - 20) did the same within one year. My baby boy was 3 y/o, when our doctor strongly recommended to let him cut as skin already was too tight and he would be in real troubles next years. This is 20 yrs ago, he's a happy young man now.
