I don't know about the whole neutral feedback thing. I mean, if I am buying something from a person and email them I don't hope I get a response I am expecting one. People who don't send me a response don't get paid. No return mail means negative feedback from me because it pisses me off (i.e. its a negative for me) I also think that its highly stupid that a person can give you negative feedback for giving them negative feedback. They don't deserve that right. Its like saying just because a person is a shitty seller you should give them ok feedback because its the nice thing to do. I say screw nice. If you can't handle the volume of selling your doing, sell less. Just because a person sells a lot or has high feedback doesn't give them a free pass to be an asshat. Poor customer service sucks and shouldn't be rewarded. Neutral implies that you were at least not pissed off about something. It sounds to me like he was pissed off that the guy didn't email him back. p.s. If I go out to eat and the service sucks I don't tip very well. To me, free speech is free speech. If I don't like the message I won't listen, or in this case view it. The only thing that having to get banners and billboards approved does is limit someone's right to say or express what they want. Virtually everything? Did you even WATCH this movie? 9/11 never happened? Dubya didn't sit frozen like a deer in the headlights for over 7 minutes when told our nation was under attack? Dubya & Cheney don't have financial ties to Saudi Arabia & the Bin Laden family? All those images of the suffering in Iraq (both by the Iraqi citizens and our soldiers) were manufactured? Bush never said "Some people may call you the elite... I call you my base..." to a bunch of fat cats (he did... and that clip was NOT taken out of context... I checked)? Iraq HAD WMD? Iraq had a hand in 9/11? Iraq harbored Al Qaida operatives & training camps? Iraq doesn't have massive reserves of OIL? We aren't handing out all manner of lucrative "rebuilding" contracts to large US corporations... such as Halliburton? Again... YES... the movie is MM's spin on things and should be taken with a grain of salt... but nothing in there has been demonstrated to be factually untrue. In fact... that's why I was for the most part unimpressed with the movie... it didn't tell me much that I didn't know already. Most of them things you have absolutley no way of proving. The only thing you can do is sit and listen to the right and left wing argue about what is true while reading some report from some other politition about what he thinks really happend. Most polititions and people in government spin the truth to what they want to hear. Was it a significant purchase? Are you unhappy with the quality of service provided for the purchase? I would wait till you have the product before you post anything and after that... if you are not happy with the way it was handled post negative feedback. Thats the whole point of the system. Man I could only imagine the headache that would be if this forum had a "report this post" function. I was a moderator for a forum ran by an online gamming company. It really is a metric shitload of work and crap to put up with. People there only argued about the game too. But you might not make as much. If someone sees something that's bid up to $100, but hasn't met the reserve, they're more likely to enter the max they're willing to pay so that the auto bid process will get the price up. If they see something with a high minimum, even if they would pay more for that, they're less likely to bid at all. For example, you see identical items that you would pay $300 for. One has an unknown reserve and the bidding it at $100. The other has a minimum of $300 and no bids. Which one would you bid on? Thats how my friend who does a lot of ebaying does it.
