Home grown Islamic terrorism cell twarted in Toronto Canada

TORONTO (June 4) - Canadian authorities decided to move fast to prevent a potential homegrown terrorist attack on government targets after THEY delivered bomb-making materials in an undercover sting operation, according to reports Sunday. The same cultures that support the suicidal killing of over 3000 moms and dads? That showed up to go to work on 9/11? That's fundamentally where "we" are. Wake up. There's a culture clash going on. And, apparently, it only takes a small fraction from that other culture to make this kind of splash. Now, it's up to that other culture to turn the bad guys out. And, they're not doing that, last time I checked. >None of my fuckin business. Last time I tried to defend a woman getting beat by her husband she turned on ME. Fuck em let em sort out their own problems I hold it true, whate'er befall; I feel it, when I sorrow most; 'Tis better to have loved and lost Than never to have loved at all. -

Well, lots of integrity points for you then. Where are you headed? Was thinking off the coast of some country. Costa Rica, maybe New Zealand wherever my sailboat will get me. Only problem I have is to be armed to the teeth to fight all the terorists we created I hold it true, whate'er befall; I feel it, when I sorrow most; 'Tis better to have loved and lost Than never to have loved at all. -
I'll read it because my interest is now perked. But, I get the feeling based on excerpts from the book and reviews: It's the economic version of the "Da vinci Code". Facts scewered to make a good book and some common conspiracy theories. There is something said, I don't know if it's in this particular book, about the World bank lending out a huge sum of money and when the country defaults, the Bank institutes hard punishment for the purpose of putting the U. S. in a position to institute forced change in our favor. This is a common conspiracy theory and totally false. It's all backwards. Before a country can borrow from the World Bank(it is going to be a member country first, which means it pays into the Bank) the Country has to abide by the rules set out first There's no reason to lend out money to a country if it can't pay it back. Probably the best example of this was the Asian Economic Crisis a few years ago. Of course there is debate on the set rules doled out; it being too much change for a country, the changes may strip cultural way of doing business. . .ect, ect. It is one of the missions of the World Bank to convert third-world countries into open-market economies. donno. But I've worked for these companies in the book most my life and i can tell yuou it's pretty accurate. If I hated the USA as much as you obviously do, there's no way I'd continue to live here. How do you do it? Must be a miserable experience. . Trust me. I'm getting out of this country ASAP. Unless maybe DC gets nuked and we can go back to what this country was founded upon I hold it true, whate'er befall; I feel it, when I sorrow most; 'Tis better to have loved and lost Than never to have loved at all. -

Yes I agree I would like to be left alone. But you're missing the point that these Islamic extremists who were arrested last night are either all Canadian citizens or people who have been in this country for many years now. And you're painting them as the poor oppressed victims? I ain't painting anything. Don't put words in my mouth. And have they been tried and convicted yet? I am presuming you have already tried them and found them guilty. Why not just have em transfered to Gitmo I hold it true, whate'er befall; I feel it, when I sorrow most; 'Tis better to have loved and lost Than never to have loved at all. -
Quade -- please do not think for a minute that I hold any true contempt in this forum, I was simply using strong statements to express my view. And by the way, I totally respect you as well. You're one of the few dz.commers I've met. It's all good. However, such statements do, in fact, confuse the two. The troops are an instrument of the political policy. The mission is defined by such policies. The protestors are, in effect, asking their favorite team to stop playing in the middle of fourth quarter. If these protestors are against the politics of the situation, then their picketing outside an Army Medical Center is pretty much retarded in my view. They need to work their way south towards Pennsylvania Avenue if they want their message to be seen by those the develop policy. And how far do yo think they would get trying to go to?>Contacting the White House 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW Washington, DC 20500. I just read this. So, is it ok to monitor your email and phone calls in the name of SECURITY? And do you think if the USA would stop trying to change the world this shit might cease? Me thinks some people in other cultures just want to be left alone. They don't want DEMOCRACY (McDonalds on every corner) shoved down their throats. Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld defended the training and conduct of U.S. troops and said incidents such as the alleged massacre of Iraqi civilians at Haditha shouldn't happen. "We know that 99.9 percent of our forces conduct themselves in an exemplary manner. We also know that in conflicts things that shouldn't happen, do happen," he said. "We don't expect U.S. soldiers to act that way, and they're trained not to." ----------------------------------------------------------------No bad on the GOOD soldiers. So. If we have approx. 130,000 troops in Iraq approx. 1,301.301 are bad apples? Union benefits suck. I've been in 4 yrs now, paid over 20K for health insurance (never used a dime) and got a letter last week telling me I'm uninsured as on the end of the month (I haven't worked much in the last few mths.). On top I see I have a LIFETIME limit of 500K.. Hope I don't get a good case of cancer I hold it true, whate'er befall; I feel it, when I sorrow most; 'Tis better to have loved and lost Than never to have loved at all.
