  1. I'm an AFF student and 4 I had to repeat. That was the most nerv racking level. Now I'm at 6 (you suck fireflyer) just kidding catching up though
  2. I sure as hell wasn't relaxed on my first AFF, if your not scared or have any worries in the back of your mind. You better stop jumping! I didn't start relaxing more till AFF Level 4. Then I was given the ok to skip 5 and go to 6
  3. "obviously we don't respect life", and "are suicidal". I get that statement too, which kinda gets to me because they think its stupid to skydive and just looking for a death wish, of course I get "Its a waste of money". I don't mind explaning things to wuffo's but some of them don't listen anyway. Well I try to explain as much as I can, I'm still a student. Eh, its there loss anyway for not trying it out. 4. I don't understand people these days, Talking to a so so friend asking him to try skydiving or make a tandem or something. Me - "Hey, wanna go skydive sometime. Greatest thing in the world to try" Wuffo - "Yeahhhh let me know, we can jump out and hold hands together and spin around" Hmmmmmmmmm, ookkkkay you go and do that. Do alot of people think like this when they never went skydiving before? Good thing he can't just go out and try this free will. End up killing him self. LOL Medbill DME Billing Service

  6. Hey everyone, new skydiving junkie here. Just did my level 4 AFF and it went good. Question is, I tend to bobble I guess thats what u call it. My JM said I'm probably to tense during the fall. I just feel like if I relax I'll fall out of the stable arch. Of course at the end of the day all my muscles are stiff or is this something you get used to. Like with other sports, when I first played ice hockey my feet always killed me but after awhile the pain went away. Anyway, the stiff muscles is this just part of skydiving or being to tense. Any tips greatly appreciated. PS Where the hell has this sport been all my life
  7. Hey everyone, made my first AFF jump over memorial weekend. I just want to say, where the heck has this sport been all my life!
  8. Hey everyone, found out about this site, so I decided to join because I just signed up for AFF. Couple years ago I did about 5 S/L jumps, loved it. Unfortunatly, I got laid off and lost health coverage. Anyway, decided to work the nerve to start AFF because I want to get into the sport. But, my question is how long does it usually take to complete AFF and do you have to complete it in a certain time frame because what will slow me down to advance would be comming up with the money and well of course how well I perform too.
