    A full-time moderator? That's a little drastic. Are the greenies not allowed to have lives outside of this website? 30 or 40 moderators? Which website are you talking about? There are only about a dozen or so moderators here, including HH and the international forum greenies. I have not yet witnessed a moderator who has become confused about the context of a conversation. I doubt that this is a huge problem...if at all. It seems like the greenies do have the website's best interest and rules in mind, when choosing what to lock up and so forth.
