    Well, I'd love so much to see you, too. We can always do that in May, though. I understand if you cannot go to Dublin. For me, a whole hell of a lot of silly, even extremely hurtful stuff has recently made me loose trust in people in general and feel stressed about going to Dublin. Like Sunny and Val, I have reasons, pros and cons of why I want and do not want to go. It sucks because I am pushing for the pros, but the cons keep winning...preventing me from buying my plane tickets every day (so far, anyway). Ms. Chaoskitty ~ I promise that I will NOT float on you with a little lead and my mantis. Ask Mike F. (used to be Nightjumper)...he and I were on a belly jump together in Florida.

    Not really. I could easily avoid that with a good burble hop. I love doing vertical transitions! Blocked moves are the most fun thing ever! YAY!

    Ok, I can hardly believe that we did this, but in my high school we used to have a long-standing tradition (since stopped for being so "non-pc")...sophmore slave week! The new sophmores were "auctioned" and "bought" (sometimes, for serious $$$$) by the seniors. the sophmores had all kinds of activities with the seniors during the week, including subtle humiliation or initiations. The highlight was being kidnapped out of our homes in the middle of the night for a night of reckless partying. The senior males especially seemed to enjoy this tradition..."buying" the sophmore girlies...good times!

    If she is a new jumper to Eloy, then I'm sure that she will be taken care of there by the locals. It's a really friendly DZ. Also, if she is good, then the LOs will take notice and place her on more advanced jumps. No need to be overly concerned. She'll be fine.

    Very cool, girl! I had skimmed the post and assumed that you were taking some kind of art class because it looks like a classroom in the background of the pics. I didn't realize that you were doing this at home by yourself.
