I jumped at Skydive Gotland in August of 2002, while on vacation on the island. I had corresponded via email with the DZ prior to coming, so I brought my rig along for the trip. The DZ resided in Stanga - a very pretty spot in the center of Gotland farm country. There were very few jumpers there as my visit corresponded with the Hercules Boogie in Stockholm - most were at that event. I made two jumps from their Cessna, a clean jump plane that made the trip to altitude in decent time. The people I jumped with were friendly and professional, and the countryside was gorgeous.
