Well, after spending most of my day off from this last hellish month I have been on, and then polishing off the remainder of a quart of ice cream....I said this is fucking enough. Gonna set up a daily picture, and get all my weight and everything lined up, as well as a scale for the house here so I can keep track. 50 minutes on the bike today was all the start I had time for, but we'll see what wingloading I have by the end of this.

While they are boobs, and by merely being a man I am compelled to go "oooooooooh booobies".... Quite frankly I'm disappointed. Maybe it's the light, but there appears to be lack of a clearly defined areolae, and that right boob seems misshapen and pointy when compared to the left. And the right nipple appears to have been bitten too hard in a night of rough sex and has been left slightly deformed. Overall, not impressed. /remember attention whores, be careful what you ask for.

However, a psych patient's mother one time was across town at her son's psych office and saw a cute med student and actually said "I know this cute doctor you should go out with" It turned out that the student knew one of my friends. It was so completely freaking random and hilarious that after that we had to go out at least once, and then ended up dating for about 4 months. I swear I need to write a book called "You can't make this this up"

Our office has a 20 minute late policy. If you sign in 20 minutes or later after your appt time then it is up to the doc if they decide to see you or not. Even signing in on time means that it will be at least 20 minutes til you get to the room after being triaged by the nurse in the morning. If I have my 830 pt in the room by 845 I am ecstatic. Most of my pts sign in between 5-15 AFTER their slated appt time. Also remember to keep in mind that schedules are planned but are not always able to be kept. Medicine rarely follows such nice timetables. Sick people have a way of staying one step ahead of you. A slot booked for a 15 minute med check or sick visit can easily become more if you get hit with the dreaded "oh by the way doc, i've been shitting blood for three weeks" as you are trying to step out of the door. I limit my pts to their top 2-3 complaints for each visit in an attempt to keep my schedule throughout the day. Any more than that and trying to care for them becomes quickly overwhelming. Or you could have what happened to me the other day when someone dropped by for a med refill and ended up having a seizure in the middle of the clinic. Needless to say that set me back as well. Just a look from the other side of the looking glass.
