That is pretty funny. One time in Auburn I was grilling burgers on a foggy day and the smoke was going down the front of the apartment building. Of course some moron called the fire dept. The whole dept showed up, I was like, um, I don't have enough for all of you. They understood. "Don't! Get! Eliminated!"

Oh man! I hate to hear that. That is ALWAYS how I start back. I am proud of myself because I got shit faced Friday night and did not smoke. It was after lunch on Saturday before I sobered up. "Don't! Get! Eliminated!"

I am not an S+TA. There are some skygods that jump at the dz sometimes. If it is a good spot, one of them's canopy ride is shorter than his freefall. I said that to him one day when he was walking to the hanger and he said, "What are you saying?" I figure he has been jumping for a hundred years and it is not my place to say anything to him. If a certain AFF instructor cuts my off under canopy swooping by me again he will get a knuckle sandwich and he knows it. I was pissed when he did it the first time and said something to him when I got to the hanger. He didn't think he did anything wrong. I watch for him on the plane now, open high and wait for him to land so it is going to to be hard for him to swoop right in front of me again. (Yes, there are seperate landing areas, it is largely ignored now.) "Don't! Get! Eliminated!"

I quit again two weeks ago. I have also used everthing in the world to quit. This time I am highly motivated by not being able to breathe. It is amazing how not being able to breathe makes you want to quit smoking. Wellbutrin was strange - i still smoked I just didn't give a shit. Sat around drooling all day but continued to smoke. This Nicotrol inhaler has worked the best for me. It kills the craving and also is a little unpleasant because it burns the inside of your mouth - slightly. You need a prescription to get it. Edit: Cutting down on your caffeine will help with irritability. "Don't! Get! Eliminated!"

I always start out with a bowl of Total and skim milk to have something in my stomach to take my pills with. Plus it is good for you. Then I go and get an omelet or eggs and bacon. Yesterday I had cheese eggs, bacon, a bisquit and chocolate milk. Mmmmmm "Don't! Get! Eliminated!"
