    It is a wonderfully written story. But I imagine to people outside of the sport it drives home the fact that regardless of the odds, going skydiving can turn in to your worst nightmare. And I guess that is true.

    I see her point.. I like to be constantly challenged.. stimulated..entertained.. enjoy converstaions and be comfortable in silences.. thats all important but you cant just sit back and expect everything to happen to you. If your friend was absorbing everything from her partners and then tossing them.. maybe she should put some effort in to giving back and try to enjoy that a bit. It works both ways.

    I spent a couple of months working out in El Paso a year or 2 ago.. I had a lot of fun! I hope Skydive El Paso is still open.. they were nice people. At least you're in Texas... though just barely.
