    The most popular food to emerge from the Mediterranean and Middle East regions is Hummus - an exotic blend of pureed chickpeas, lemon, sesame tahini, oil, and spices with added flavors such as roasted garlic, roasted red peppers, scallion and dill. Hummus (pronounced Hum-es) is traditionally used as a dip with Pita bread, crackers or fresh cut veggies. Many people use hummus as a spread on sandwiches (instead of high cholesterol mayonnaise), as a topping on broiled fish or chicken, on baked potatoes instead of sour cream, or as the main ingredient in a vegetarian sandwich. Hummus contains no saturated fat, no cholesterol or sugars and is high in protein and fiber. Unlike many foods that are good for you, hummus also tastes great. It is a perfect food for anyone who is concerned about eating well or who is on a low cholesterol diet and doesn't want to sacrifice flavor.

    Fuji apple chicken salad from Panera. yummeeee. field greens, grilled chicken, roma tomatoes, fuji apple chips, feta, pecans, and some kind of apple vinagrette dressing. . theres very little feta and only a few pecans. I eat all of the chicken before putting any dressing on the salad.

    Well shit.. if PsychoBob and Bolas are both going to be there, I may have to make an appearance. But strip clubs arent my thing and theres not a piece of lingerie in this world that can handle my hooters in freefall... so I guess I'll be the party pooper just doing a little sit flying and working on my head down. I'll try to get out to jump on Friday before you kids get too crazy.

    Yardhippie worked his butt off last weekend at my (and Casie's) new place. He even went shopping with us and carried the heavy stuff! Then he got to use power tools to assemble and hang stuff. He's AWESOME! And he makes a mean spaghetti sauce! He also drank his butt off.. but thats nothing unusual. Thanks YH! You rock!

    One time I rented a house that was on the edge of a college campus. All of my friends came over and threw a big ass party, and my friend who owns a speaker store set up a big stage and SNOOP came and performed for all my friends!! There were like 500 people there. Then my crazy friend went streaking through the quad. Oh wait, that was Old School. Never mind.

    Heidi.. it used to be Austin Skydiving Center, now Texas Skydiving Center in Lexington. I've lived in: Omaha, NE Great Gidding, UK Brampton, UK Poquoson, VA Arlington, TX Fort Worth, TX New Braunfels, TX Austin, TX Nashville, TN Atlanta, GA I consider Arlington, TX my home town, but only because thats where my grandmother lives and her house is the only house I've known my whole life. And I guess I spent the longest amount of time in Arlington.
