    Yes, bring chairs. you wont have to fight for one then. Hell yes they do. It's Texas! You can find a place to throw a blankie on the ground though and not be bothered. Besides the hangar there is a tree line over by camper area. Besides there, thats about it. I would bring a cooler with whatever you want. Buying from the snack shack can start to add up. Yes they will be open. They even have dinner specials if you want to eat there. Pretty good food.     Embry Riddle I heard is a great school. Shitty hours and be paying for student loans until your 40. Aviation is a great field to be in and I wouldnt trade it for anything.
