    What you describe happened to my next door neighbor, but he didn't tell anyone he and his family were having trouble. I woke up one morning to find their house vacant.     Hmmm....I thought it was my server's connection that was freezing the pages. I have to re-load them several times to get them to pop up and load. Not every time, but about 70% of the time.     Where? They really do have smoke-free bars in AZ? I'll admit that I thought all bars in AZ allowed smoking, but my only reference is the Bent Prop in Eloy. I cannot take cigarette smoke, makes me very ill, and it was a let-down after medaling at Nat's '06 that I couldn't celebrate with my buds there in the bar due to the heavy smoke layer. Now, would there be -any- chance of the Bend Prop going smokeless?!

    Without knowing in very fine detail the winds aloft, the final resting place of the placard is meaningless. It could have drifted, blown by the winds, for miles from where it departed the aircraft. all of which arguments are true to some extent in trying to figure out where cooper landed or how the money landed? Placard---Flutter...flip...flutter...flip...flutter....land...swish...flip...blow.... Cooper---Swoosh....Crumple....Ouch! Money bag----Thunk.
