    Yeah....i was on the phone so Dave beat me to it. I agree with him, get a firewire card for your laptop....its called an IEEE 1394...at least for desktops, might be the same for lappys, get a 4 pin to 6 pin firewire cable. And the S-video on you camera will only export video...no audio, so you prolly dont wana go that route. Good Luck "Professor of Pimpology"~~~Bolas

    my recommendation....be proficient on your belly, back, feet, and head.......there are all kinds of shots you can get and diffrent angles aswell......just cause someone is belly flying dosent mean you have to....if your proficient on your back......carving around the outside is a good shot and some of the below shots are awsome. Believe it or not, i can relate to Mark....never thought i would say that........but i am the same way with my photography and videos...always looking for the better angles, where i was out of place, how to fix it, where can i fix something little to get that little bit better.     one thing you have to learn which out 4-way coach pointed out to me.....training days are for YOUR training too......i was using a trailing exit cause i wasnt very confident with my leading exit...although the leading exit is better for debriefing and getting the grips rather then trailing. So learn your exits and make your mistakes during training days...not at competitions, your team will expect you to perform flawlessly during competitions. "Professor of Pimpology"~~~Bolas
