What size of a main/reserve will a Javelin Nj (98) hold.

at my prigianl home dz i learned on a 172 with NO door. it was all right when it was really hot out, but being from canada it was really hot very often. very cold long rides to alltitude were expected.

i have a side effect helmet and it fits a little loose around the ears. i was wonder what the best material to use a shims to build out the original padding. i have heard of heat molding foam liner. can u buy just that style of foam to use a a shim?? is there any good type of foam out there that has been used before?? any suggestions would be great!!

just curious to see pictures peoples camera helmets and how they modified to make it work the best. if you could post a picture of your favorite helmet you have owned that would be great.
