Thanks for all the hugs and vibes!! They're reconstructing my ACL. They estimate it will last approx 2 1/2 hrs. I injured myself 38 days ago (not that I'm counting) and I finally have surgery tomorrow. I've been so excited about it because the sooner the surgery, the sooner I can get back in the air! But now I'm getting a little nervous! I totally didn't expect that! I know everything will be fine but I've never been injured in my life so this is a ______ for me. I couldn't say it. I refuse to buy beer wheen I can't even jump!! So...surgery first thing in the morning! Two and a half weeks so far with possibly six months to go I damaged my right knee as well - on a tip-toe landing!! It just snapped, literally. I heard it! Hopefully it won't be that long. What did you do? When did you do it? How long a recovery period did they give you? I blew mine out last weekend. I go in next week to schedule sugery. Have you had problems with your knees before?
