if you P.M. me, I could get your contact info and pass it along to graduates. and you can speak with them personally. you will love the farm, all the newbie jumpers do, you will have to come by to see why. but you will always have someone to jump with. plus there is some highly experienced canopy pilots there, and some world class freefliers stop by on a regular basis. and the bonus for most is that there is a large belly flier crowd there also. it is a fun jumpers dropzone. stop by this weekend. you will have a blast. as for the training, it is top notch. the instructors there are very good at what they do.

I think the "guest" should have to pay, if they want to compete, but a "pro" should not have to. I'm talking about the 15$ guest fee. not the prize money.

having pro pilots at EVERY meet competing against the cpc pilots will "as ian said" help skyrocket there skills. Im willing to bet you see the southeast representing again this tear with a whole new crew. the southeast took 7-the top 10 positions last year, and there were a few of us that were not there that could have possibly even taken first. I'm willing to bet you see a repeat of that this year, or something close to it. I agree with Ian, "pro" pilots should not have to pay the "guest" fee. having a "pro" pilot there, or multiple one's is a benefit for everyone. you have to understand, the rules the way the CPC is now, is what we "southeast" florida really, have been competing under since 04. this is why the southeast is one step ahead, in my opinion. us doing comps like this before the cpc ever started, and always having pro's there to watch and learn from. I payed out my money to them, the is nothing wrong with us being on the other end now.
-
what would be the incentive for a pro to go compete with them then? people at the pro level have put alot of money time and effort to get there, so I would have to disagree with you. the handicap system levels the field. It works, and allows the two to compete against each other. intermediate pilots have to be on there game to win, as do the pro's.
-
here is an official invitation for you to come down to the southeast last cpc meet and swoop against these guys. they are all quite good and it isn't easy to beat them. it gets even harder when you got the handicap. i'm sure you ask any one of them and they will tell you it is fair.

what were some of the issues that delayed the release? just curious?
