I have a suggestion for everyone who jumps this weekend or for that matter the next time you jump, make it a point and grab a newbie and go teach them something. Doesnt have to be much, but just do it, make them feel like they are a part of the whole scene. "If you see a strange spot in the sky, its just a human being given to fly"
