  4. I think this sucks.... Football is such a passion driven sport over there...and for a yank who owns a Gridiron team to go over there and think he knows anything about fostering, or maintaining that passion.... it's sad. I hope one of two things happens.... a) the Shareholders United stop his 75% or 90% take-over and they keep it a public team....however - I don't see it doing much - since he already owns greater than 60% b) everyone sells their shares....and NOBODY goes to the games anymore. He will in effect have RUINED a dynasty....all for his greed. Hopefully he will sell at a major loss - then they can re-build. Had Tampa never won the SB - his worth wouldn't be near what it is now...and he wouldn't have been in a position to make this transaction. This is a sad day for football....even sadder day for capitalism. Greed reigns supreme! Must be nice to have enough money that you can crush dynasties with it. [funny thought - the first two entries mention the possibility of getting caught....wonder why it is that "getting busted" plays such a role in good sex??] Hmmmmm...... 14. What did you just say? Here's me, whispering, "hey Blaine, remember the little episode in Dublin?" Be careful what you say on the internet, boy! Thanks for pointing that out for me Beezy - but she's past that now....I don't even know why she did it there - that was her first time in months. Anyway - she will be kept on close watch - and lead - the whole time...so it shouldn't be an issue! Now, hurry up and fill me in on the American Boogie...or is that a non-issue now?? I missed you in Chester - I could have fully represented you there! Kahurangi e Mahearangi, Kiwi, RB #926, AFF-I, FAA Snr. Rigger, RN/BSN/Paramedic
  15. Major vibes for you Jake.... Keep your head about you - and your chin up. Death is not an end, it's a beginning....it's a celebration of the end of one life - and the beginning of the next! Sympathies to you and your family through this time. Kahurangi e Mahearangi, Kiwi, RB #926, AFF-I, FAA Snr. Rigger, RN/BSN/Paramedic
  16. That particular piercing is called a "dydoe" I have two of them. I had been wanting them since I got my frenum done almost 10 years ago...and now that I have them - I love 'em. They are almost completely healed...and they feel great (to me at least). Plus, it's cool to look at!!! If you're thinking of an "easy" piercing - I'd say go with the frenum...it's about the equivalent of piercing your ear - and it takes as long to heal (4-6 weeks TOTAL). My buddy got his done when I got my dydoes -- and he LOVES it -- plus he was back in action long before I was. IMHO, it's the best piercing for both him & her with the least amount of pain, complications, and risks.
  17. Thanks Don, but I ain't huggin' you no matter how many times you call me sweet!!!! Kahurangi e Mahearangi, Kiwi, RB #926, AFF-I, FAA Snr. Rigger, RN/BSN/Paramedic
  18. I learned: - that tequila is a bad thing - no matter what form you drink it in!! - I can dock on BM without flailing all over the sky - my best friend is still one very cool guy - I have friends in some of the least likely places - and they are all wonderful people for thinking of me on my b-day - I can set up lower on my swoop - and still be okay, but I'm in no hurry to 'push' these limits! - a year of dedicated FF'ing can be justified with a solid jump with your "first" coach - the Chester, SC Cinco Boogie is still one "kick ass" boogie!! - purple canopies are NOT easy to see/find when cut-away over lots of trees. and finally, - 7 hours in a car over the course of 3 days is far too long, and very tiring!! Kahurangi e Mahearangi, Kiwi, RB #926, AFF-I, FAA Snr. Rigger, RN/BSN/Paramedic
  19. Well - I had no idea I was so deserving of my own thread!!! Thank You Lara - you're still the hottest gear rep EVER!!! Thanks to all for your replys. You're all too kind!! Spence - don't give me that "he didn't tell us" - it was on the Cinco thread!!! (I know - I posted it!!) Divnswoop - you're right - I did get two of my favorite things on my birthday - drunk, and skydives!! And I even walked away with a free t-shirt!!! Chuck and Gimp - WML!!! Alanab - I'll see you in a couple weeks - better have a belated b-day drink waiting for me!! And everyone else - I believe I drank enough on Sat night to either represent for you - or toast to you - so I had a good one!!! Again - THANK YOU!! Kahurangi e Mahearangi, Kiwi, RB #926, AFF-I, FAA Snr. Rigger, RN/BSN/Paramedic
  20. [snoring at desk] Man - I'm so exhausted from this boogie - I'm fighting fatigue to post, but it was AWESOME, once again! Thanks to all the Brothers & Bumpy Brothers who contributed to make the extra-curricular events so spectacular!! MAJOR props go to Carumba and PFuego Rodriguez for their award-winning film entries!! While Carumba certainly cornered the market for comedy - double-props go to Blair for his kick-ass BASE video. More than a few dozens "Ahhh"s and "Whoa"s could be heard throughout! Pimp Daddy Props go to Shaggio and Billiar Rodriguez for the ice cold chiller machine. That was definately the highlight of Friday night...and worse thing about the next morning!! More props were earned by Dale for his fantastic cuisine and yummy breakfasts!! Cheers to the first family - Pepe & Delfina - it's always a pleasure to be hosted by such a gracious couple! And certainly - the most appreciative props & THANKS go to Skydive Carolina - fantastic facilities, great vibes, and generous benefactors to the Family!!! Congrats to all the new Brothers and Bumpy Brothers....see you in full spirit next year!! Who are the Rodriguez Brothers??? Kahurangi e Mahearangi, Kiwi, RB #926, AFF-I, FAA Snr.
