I went through the same anxiety and fear that you are going through. I had my doubts that I was going to jump again. I hadn't jumped in 2 1/2 months and had to get current again. They had me do a level 4 with a JM. I didn't mind this because I was sooo scared. This particular JM has always been able to calm me down. We had a few jumps together when I was going through AFF and even when we weren't jumping together he was usually on the same load. I was still a nervous wreck going to altitude on my recurrency jump. Anyway we get to altitude and the green light went on I looked at him and he said "Are you ready to skydive?" I shook my head no, but climbed into the door anyway. As soon as the air hit my face all the fear disappeared!

My plans.....to jump as often as I can on the weekends. Get my "A". July 3-7: Off to Reno to see my man! Woo hoo!

I don't have quite the numbers you do, but I just got back in the sky after 2 1/2 months back in April. I had to do a level 4 to get current so I had a JM with me. I had been having doubts about if I was even going to jump again. I've always been nervous anyway, and not being able to jump as much hasn't helped. When I did my recurrency jump I was a wreck until I stepped in the door and I felt the air.
