i find the lens protection necessary for two reasons. 1. it protect the the lens... duhhhhh! ;) 2. When I jump it in Sweden without the lens protection / house, the camera fogs up and get a washed out feel to it. all my common sens say that I should be the other way around, but I get much better picture out of the camera whit it on.... And yea I use the leash as well (lost one already when not using it)

Hmm not really, 4 (or 3+ actually) is better in that case!?! The SD card is hidden away under the battery lid, so that being said you first need to remove your camera from the casing, then you need to open the battery lid and then take out your SD card... and then reverse the hole process. its a good thing you can use the USB-c to connect directly to the computer.... hmmm no again, they don't suport connections like thats since 3+.... It´s good quality of the footage and the stabilising works great but.....

Helmet Options for SLR and Sony Action cam

Don´t have the complete helmet close by but this is a home made setup on a carbonfiber plate and a TF camera link for the Tonfly 3X. I also us another mount (3X GOPRO® BRACKET VIDEO CAMERA ANTITWIST PIN) but with a a6300 infront instead of a GoPro and a Sony HDR-CX410 on top. Its not on there page but can be made by them if asked. (doubt it will fit a DSLR thats why i switched to a a6300) Will send some pictures of the complete setup when i can.. -
