The Altimaster III was originally designed and manufactured by SSE, Inc. Alti-2 acquired the manufacturing rights in 1999 and included the device in their first line of sport altimeters. Altimaster III is no longer manufactured, but still serviced by Alti-2 subject to availability of parts. The Altimaster Galaxy was introduced with the new Millenium as a generational replacement.

The Altimaster II was originally designed by Stephen L. Snyder almost 50 years ago. The Altimaster II face is a registered trademark and is internationally recognized. Steve Snyder introduced the Altimaster concept of: 0-12,000' which was founded on the belief that most people are accustomed to reading a clock face, and that a freefall takes about 60 seconds -- one sweep of the second hand. The needle points at the numbers and does not cover them up. The Altimaster II contains a durable mechanism made from temperature compensating metals for minimal friction and precision accuracy with an altitude range of 16,000 feet. Face plate available in feet or meters.

The ASTRA Automatic Activation Device is a computer controlled electronic altimeter that determines the rate of descent and the altitude above ground level (AGL) and fires a locking-loop cutter if an unsafe condition is detected. FXC designed the Astra for external mounting. This high visibility allows for easy "Gear check" on the Astra's operational status and is therefore a significant improvement to safety.

A new composite freefly helmet from the makers of the Renegade and Arrowhead RW helmets. This freefly helmet comes complete with a padded chin-strap and The Aviator also incorporates very soft liner padding that is both functional and comfortable. Arrow Dynamics has redesigned both the Aviator and the Hawkeye (camera) helmets. The major difference is that the Aviator will now have a molded external audible port, rather than the strap on one, and the Hawkeye will come standard with a double right side mount. In addition, if you order the ratchet chin cup assembly with the Hawkeye, they will supply the chin cup the same color as the helmet.

An entirely unique approach to the basic concept of a protective helmet is now being offered to several major sports industries, including most recently, snow skiing, equestrian, and in-line skating. The design provides the same hard shell, impact absorbent mechanical protection as traditional helmets, but in an extremely low bulk, close fitting form. Due to the nature of the helmet's design, it also results in a near perfect custom fit to each individual wearer without adjustment and is approximately 95% anatomically correct. The helmet was originally designed for freefall parachuting due to the sport's need for maximum speed conducive to precision group maneuvers.

The MiniCam Helmet, extreme sports helmet cam system of the future, is here today! The helmet is specially designed for hands free video, without the weight and bulk of the video recorder on the head! The Digital Video Recorder Pak (recorder sold separately) or Hi8 Video Recorder Pak is carried on the chest, in a backpack or even in a vehicle! The helmet has a built in high quality MiniCam video lens with microphone and a single video/audio/aux/power output cable to connect to any NTSC video recorder. This means that you can plug the output cable into any home VCR, TV, A/V Transmitter, Digital or HI8 Mini Video Recorder Pak or even use the video camcorder you already own, to record on!

The Voodoo (shown in custom splats) is the classic original and much copied platform style, rear-entry camera helmet design. The Head Hunter Helmets Voodoo is preferred by professional videographers, skydiving schools, military teams, training centers, etc. The rear-entry design allows ease of entry and exit. The integral chin cup and moldable liner provides a comfortable, secure attachment to the head to control the weight of the cameras, greatly reducing "camera shake." The integral camera mount (4.5"W x 8.0"L) set at a 15 degree up-angle, eases the strain on the neck while shooting up at students in freefall from below. The rotatable (even in freefall!) still mount is standard. The sleek styling and recessed buckles reduce the possibility of snagging hazards, greatly increasing safety in a potentially dangerous environment.
