Actually I had the camera and I went thru his canopy and struck his shoulder (left hand) and leg (right hand) as I was trying to push to the right and get out of his way. If not, his head would have drove through my chest. So the guy's canopy I went through fell out of the group earlier but didn't track away. I was the base and was supposed to pull in place as planned. It didn't work that way. By the time I waved off it was too late to do anything. I glanced down and bam! Hey, it's been a while since I have posted on here. Since then my home DZ closed and have no idea where everyone went. I've only been jumping out of my plane in my yard for the last year since my wife got pregnant and then breast cancer and want to meet up with some people I used to jump with and start jumping other than by myself. Maybe Raeford or Louisburg. I'm not sure where you guys have scattered to. Let me know if you will...thanks Gator The secret to life is not arriving at the grave in a well preserved body but sliding in sideways completely worn out yelling "holy crap" what a ride!!!

How about a shot just milliseconds before a jumper in freefall goes thru a jumper under canopy and collides but both escape with only minor injuries? Legality in jumping Ultralights
Flygator replied to PhreeZone's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
I am an ultralight flight instructor and yes it is illegal to jump out of an ultralight registered as an "instructor use only". If it were N numbered and you didn't charge for the ride then according to the FAA guys that visited me, isn't illegal... -
anyone here fly ultralites of any kind?
Flygator replied to dkf1979's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Fly ultralights? Of course! I'm an ultralight flight instructor and if you come around NC, I'll introduce them to you... Gator here is a pic of my plane...(it's was just recently posted in the talk back section as "Gator's new toy")
