Is everyone done with their shopping? I am, usually I'm not done this early. I even wrapped all the presents - I finally get to relax on Christmas Eve. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

I've never done them. A few friends of mine have. One time, my friend ate a whole bunch, went to stand up, fell backward and smashed his head on the floor. Thankfully he was okay - he had one hell of a headache though. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

Have you ever jumped there? How often do you go to the DZ? That's one hell of a drive. I'm real new to this, so this may sound like a stupid question - what would make someone choos a round reserve over others? I did my tandems at Boston-Providence Skydiving Center in Lincoln. Everyone there was real nice. I was originally going to go to Pepperell, but, Lincoln was closer. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

Hi! I'm kind of new to the forums. I've posted a few replies. Reading over the posts it seems like many of you really know each other pretty well. How many hours per day do you spend on the site? Also, any jumpers from Ma? I've only done a few tandems - planning on doing AFF in the spring. Was counting on using my bonus money to pay for that, but, my company is not giving bonuses this year. Hopefully I will be able to save enough money. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

Good for you. I got an email last Friday at work that stated there would be no year end raises for anyone in the entire company, possible no performance bonuses, and they may not be doing 15% Profit Sharing either. It sucks. I usually get a decent raise, a decent bonus, and take 1/3 of the profit sharing in cash. The profit sharing check and bonus usually equal out to be like 3-months worth of paychecks...no vacation for me next year "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

I would definitly still drive. I always wear my seat belt too. I was in an accident 11 years ago - fractured my skull and broke 6 teeth. I was a passenger in the car. I did not have my seatbelt on at the time. To think that I possibly could have avoided all that pain if I had my seatbelt on... Not to mention the numerous surgerys to repair my teeth. 11 years later and I am still dishing money out to keep replacing caps etc... It probably won't be half as bad as you think. I moved out when I was 19 for about 5 years. I just moved home a few months ago. I get along with my parents really well. They don't ask too many questions about where I'm going when I go out etc... I just let them know if I will not be coming home so that they don't worry. It's actually kind of nice being back home again. I can save money. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

Yes. I got that link in an email the other day at work. I thought that it was pretty damn funny! "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

I have never recieved a telemarketing call on my cell phone. I didn't even know that they did that. I thought that they just harassed you at home. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

How about a gift certificate to a day spa or for a massage. My Mom loves those types of gifts that let her relax for the day. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

I saw that same show. It was really funny. I love when they have that stuff on TV. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

That hot mustard from Vhinese restaurants has the same effect... "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

I just call it soda. I rarely drink it though. My grandfather calls it tonic - which I find pretty funny. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

This was an awesome year for me. I went to Hawaii in May, graduated with my Master's in June, did a few tandems over the summer, and went to California is September. Hopefully next year is even better than this year was - I think it will be because I am going to do AFF in the spring. Can't wait. Congratulations. I hope to start my AFF in the spring. I wish that I had the money, I would have done it this year. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

I agree with you on this 100% - it feels like that much is taken out of my small paycheck. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

The show was probably filmed a few months ago. I thought the same thing too. I can't believe that people will actually watch this crap. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

Going to a party at my friend's house. Him and his wife just bought a new house - surprised that they are having the party this year. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

I had a 77 - guess I'm pretty normal. I'll have to pass that information on to my friends... "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

My friend's band was playing a show at a local club. After the show, we all went back to his house for more beers and an acoustic jam. We partied until 5 in the morning. During that time I started talking to this kid - Jimmy. I had seen him a few times before, even went to a few parties at his house. Around 5 I decided that I was going to walk the mile back to my house. He offered to walk me home. We ended up talking outside my house for another hour or so - it was real sweet. We dated for 5 years, live together for 3. We broke up over some stupid shit. We always still talked everything during this time. But, after about 1 year apart we are back together and everything is great. Even better than before. I never had a problem using the site. I've used it twice - when I went to Hawaii last spring and California in September. The prices were a few hundred dollars cheaper than anywhere else for the Hawaii trip. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

I tried to ski for the first time last winter - what a nightmare. Made it down half the mountain by falling down every other second. I had bruises all over my side and legs. A few weeks later tried snowboarding, thought it might be easier to stay on my feet - it was way harder than the skiing. I hate the snow anyway. I've only done a couple tandems so far. First one in August of this year - age 24. I'm going to start AFF in the spring. I can't wait. I wish I had done my first tandem last spring. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."
