Thanks to a combination of weather and having to work weekends (I'm a Uni student) I've still to do level 1. Although I'm booked in for this Sunday, so here's hoping...!! Cheers for asking. ===================================== Just testing out Mr Newton's theory

Right everyone, There's blue skies here again, and I'm booked in to be jumping this weekend... ... so if everyone can sacrifice a small offering to the deity of their choice in return that there will be no snow in Scotland this weekend - it would be really quite appreciated!!

Dagnamit! Must have tempted fate. Scottish weather report for the weekend... "blue skies, blue skies, blue skies then - oh - 6 foot of snow" Looks like the changeover to AFF is put on hold for a while. Well, at least until I can actually find the DZ again without some sort of thermal imaging equipment at least! Hello folks! Been lurking around here for a while now, reading, learning and doing a thousand jumps from the comfort of my seat (handy thing being able to nip off to the toilet mid-freefall). I'm planning on doing my AFF 1 jump this weekend now that there is .05% chance it won't snow/rain/hail/produce a plague of locusts. Found the training and safety forums a massive help in mentally preparing for it - so cheers to everyone who has posted their wisdom.
