Take your rig on a cart with your luggage up to the check in. Do not let them see your rig over the counter. Give them your luggage. Then walk off with your rig, put it on your back and you are good to go. From that point on nobody knows if you have paid extra for that carry on so nobody will say anything. Dude!!!! Any chance you want to hang in Chicago for a few more hours? surely you want to sit in the airport until around 8pm. O'hare is a really flash airport, biggest in the world i think. Lots of duty free shopping. .Karnage Krew Gear Store .

I have just put a proposition to a dropzone to let the Karnage Krew hold it at their dz and have asked for cheap slots for the weekend. Will see what the outcome is but will not happen until my boggie season in the states is over. UK jumpers, do you think £1000 pounds first place would bring packers from all over the country and maybe even spain? would it be a big competition you think? .Karnage Krew Gear Store .

Packing sucks!! I would rather have a smoke and a bottle of water and watch the videos from the jump and then go do it all again. The price of packing for me i just incorporate into a jump ticket and i know my mate wants to pack to earn money so she too can jump so i give her my rig to pack to help out. .Karnage Krew Gear Store .

It is on my dropzone. I like it, This is a way that you meet and make many new friends. It is a very social rule and usually means everyone is going to sit down at the end of the day and have a beer or soda together. BTW, you sure have alot of interests. .Karnage Krew Gear Store .

Well re-reading what i wrote i can understand how you did. I seem to always come off like that. I have been told many times that i do not have computer etiqite (sp?). For people that take their gear to work (sure we have all done it ) we know in the back of our mind before we do it that there are going to be people that mock us. I have learnt that i just keep skydiving to myself. I am well over the whole 'i am a skydiver, do you want to touch me thing ). I will wear skydiving t-shirts on the dropzone and when out with non-jumping mates will stay away from the clothes. The only other people i want to know that i am a skydiver when i am in non-skydiving places is other jumpers... That is why i wear my pin. Kind of like a secret hand-shake BTW, we throw ourselves out of planes for fun and excitment.. I personally do it cause it is the most relaxing thing in the world for me. I can't really blame people for thinking we are idiots. .Karnage Krew Gear Store .
