    I believe Al Ain is closer to SD2 than Dubai itself. The folks lived in Al Ain for a few years and I loved it there....although I cant seem to think of any hotels there at the mo. I'll have a think and get back to you with what could be the cheapest way. Until then have a good google for hotels in Al Ain. That's my take anyway, no doubt others may have a good idea or two....
