Overused I'd say. I'm sure they have their place but for the most part Americans seem to suffer form the delusion that we should all be shiny happy people all the time. Life is HARD, really hard sometimes, but I think there are ways of coping that can and should be used before resorting to medication. I get depressed, I exercise, I get sane again. I really think that a lot of problems requiring mood altering medication stem from a the unhealthy way that people in our country live. I'm no an expert on this subject, so please don't take offense-I just happen to know a friend or two who has made the effort to cope with diagnosed depression without using medication and succeeded. Just keep swimming...just keep swimming....

There's a Korean tv show here right now documenting some chick's AFF training. Given the choice between a chicken yellow jumpsuit that fit and a bright pink one that was too tight, she went with the pink.....so not everyone hates looking like a bottle of Pepto. That's the word....its a shame, I'm not really a Nike fan-they'll take a fantastic line of gear and make it into clothing for wannabees rather than functional athletic attire, kind of like their running shoes (functional but really lousy quality). His casual wear pants are really cool, they're kind of light and baggy and airy-perfect for hot, humid weather, stuffy packing areas etc. I wanted to hit up on him for a pair but I'm not sure he'll be back in time. 80 mg a day, damn close to the max dose for my weight. I can no longer afford dermatologists, luckily my skin is slightly more mature now, although still not great. Some of just have bad genes, I suppose. Just keep swimming...just keep swimming....
