    I had a dream last night that when I pulled my pilot chute went below me and was falling faster than me. So I went for the reserve and all was ok. Next thing I was sitting in the club house explaining what had happened when one of the guys came in and said that he had recovered everything for me. Told him he was getting drunk for free tonight on me. Weird one Huh???????? Does anyone else dream about weird things like that?

    I went up through the raps system in the UK, I was in South Africa and did static lines, dummy rips, first freefall and 5 secs then came to the UK and had to go back on the rope. Looking back now I can see why they do it as youhave so few jumps and such little experience but back then I was angry. I recommend finding out from different dz's about their system and sticking there till you are cat 8. The weather also does not help.

    I agree with you Ron. No fucking way. Mine already did the job it was meant to when I was knocked out. As for doing it for a million bucks. ARE YOU PEOPLE MAD??????? There is no amount of money that you could pay me to risk such a high chance of losing my life.

    on royal-lens.com they sell a 25mm to 37mm adaptor. I have just bought one of these cameras and am also looking at getting the FF2 helmet. Pricey but no snag points. Does anyone know how to get around paying VAT on it.

    I had just started going out with a girl and wrote her an email telling her all the things I liked about her. Like having great eyes, hair etc. I also wrote that I think she has fantastic breasts but instead of typing Breasts I typed. BEASTS I think that you have fantastic beasts.

    Good Luck I went up the static line route and honestly every jump used to scare the absolute crap out of me. I used to think things on the way up like. I have not spoken to my folks for a while if I die I did not say goodbye or shit I laughed at a sick joke the other day. Today I get my payback. I'm still well I would not call it scared but aprehensive going to the door but as soon as I have left the plane all of that fear has gone and I'm concentrating on the jump at hand. Good luck I'm sure you will get over it

    I've done 3 naked jumps now. The first one was for the pilots 1000th hour flying skydivers. All of us sat naked in the plane. The 2nd one was for my 100th jump as it was my 100th I had to take my shorts off as soon as we got past the whuffos and families and the third was a few weeks ago for my 200th where I wore shorts till almost getting out time mainly to keep a little bit of warmth down there. They were all a real laugh a lot more slippery than wearing clothes. I must admit that doing a sit fly naked can hurt a little on the nether regions what with flappage. LOL

    I remember this one. I also had just moved from the ripcord to the throwaway. 1st jump all ok. 2nd jump pulled held on thinking shit taking a while to open had a look above me and saw this cloth flapping in my hand. DOH THROWAWAY. Got a few comments from my instructor. 3rd jump same thing thinking I'm not going to lose the ripcord and pay a fine. Finally realised when I was going for cutaway. What made me stop doing it was my instructor telling me if I did it again then he was going to ban me for a month. Golf's a boring sport anyway........

    Did 2 night jumps a few months ago and WOW. They were cool. We only got 6 grand cos of cloud cover but it was amazing. What we did was strap glow sticks to your chest strap so if you can see other lights in the sky in front of you then move cos it means they are coming straight at you. Once again if you ever get the chance jump at it I can't wait to do them again. All the comments in the hangar afterwards were of weird feelings of being in the army etc etc.LOL

    I was recently knocked out in freefall from about 11 grand and thankfully I had switched my Cyprus on. It fired and because of that I'm still alive. Sure my face is a bit bashed up from the unconscious landing but who cares cuts and bruises heal. Death doesn't. THANK GOD I HAD MY CYPRUS.
