Hi folks, 'Fraud will not be tolerated in President Trump’s housing market.' Really: Oregon’s Lori Chavez-DeRemer, other Trump cabinet members claimed 2 primary residences - oregonlive.com Trump 2.0 business as usual. Jerry Baumchen

Reframing an issue, particularly a complex one, to understand it from a different light is considered to be intellectually valid. CRT is largely reframing an issue to understand it from a different light. You just don't like that light. Wendy P.

I don't think it would work today. It would require a bill passed by those in power in both houses and the President - and power is not going to let go of said power.

Hi Mark, This might be why: The Nazi's first came for the Communists and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Communist. Then they came for the Jews and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew. Then they came for the trade unionists and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a trade unionist. Then they came for the Catholics and I didn't speak up because I was a Protestant. Then they came for me, and by that time there was no one left to speak for me. Rev. Martin Niemoeller Jerry Baumchen

yes, he's a confounding combination of seeming to know what's he talking about at certain times but then other times he's obviously full of shit. I think about him scoffing over them not being able to take off with the stairs down. "Yes they can..." There's absolutely no way he could have known that. As far as I know the only time a 727 has ever taken off with the stairs down was during the evacuation of Da Nang in 1975 and that was obviously an emergency.

I've never had a real clear answer for this, but it was a radio for "cockpit communications" according to Tina's statement. I wrote this on your reddit post just now, but the word "radio" comes from Tina. I think it would be better described as a walkie-talkie for communicating with Al Lee and/or the fuel truck guys. Essentially it was for short-range communication with some of the guys on the ground outside. Cooper seemed to be aware of its existence. It's nowhere in the transcript where they mention discussing this with him, but I guess they must have explained to him at some point that it would be needed to communicate with the guy bringing the ransom items, etc.

Going through the paper, the basis of its argument is Petito Principii, a classical fallacy of relevance. CRT, like DEI, is terminally flawed. Those who eapouse these doctrines are either contrarian or simply hard of thinking.

As time goes on, more and more republicans are finding they can't stomach some part of Trump's growing anti-American program. Whether it's calling veterans "suckers" and "losers" and cancelling their VA care, or calling for the "termination" of the "phony" Constitution, or supporting pedophiles, eventually some of the more principled republicans make a break with the Trump cult and come back to reality. The latest big name to do this is Owen Shroyer, one of the lackeys on the various Alex Jones shows. Shroyer was as pro-Trump as they came. He called Harris a "blackie" during one show with Jones, he was arrested for ringleading one of the Jan 6th attacks on police, and was one of the people claiming that Sandy Hook was a hoax with crisis actors. But finally it got too much for Shroyer and he walked out of the Alex Jones machine. Jones tried to downplay it, saying that Shroyer had to leave for a "family medical emergency." But Shroyer quickly livestreamed a response, saying "There was no family emergency. I walked off the show." "Alex had been coming into my show [War Room], and talking about how I’m negative and calling me a pessimist, and all this other stuff, which is fine. He says I’m too negative, he says I’m a pessimist, whatever, I’m too anti-Trump . . . maybe he’s right.” Shroyer wanted to stay and at first he thought that Jones would be amenable to a more fact-based approach without Jones looking over his shoulder constantly to protect Trump. "I was wrong," he said. "It happened, and I just said I’m out.” There was no mention of what specifically was the straw that broke the camel's back, but since Shroyer had been mentioning Trump's protection of the Epstein list frequently, that was a likely reason. His livestream drove Jones into an unhinged rant, saying "You couched each statement—perfectly thought out and looking down at your notes—to be able to lie about us and try to hurt this organization for your benefit so you can be a hero. You are a snake. You are a rat. You are a fraud. You are a backstabber. You are a hand biter. You are a disgrace.” To be called all those things by Alex Jones is a high compliment indeed.

I think when we find Cooper the grudge will fit nicely, but it seems like a bad avenue in terms of narrowing down who he was. It's got to come from another angle otherwise we are just looking at every tall, 50ish year old guy who has lost a job or been wronged by "the system" in the late 60s/early 70s. I've known enough people over the years who clearly think there is some kind of injustice levied by the world et al against them and yet none of them have committed any sort of crime. I'm not saying it's impossible, but it seems like a weaker place to start than others.

They say they can make a ram air parachute , talk is cheap, first they have to make a canopy or two and jump them to make sure they are O.K. Then we will see.
