A 15-year-old boy accused of killing his parents and three siblings at their home in Washington state shot them and then called police to claim that one of the victims killed his family and then himself, according to court documents. The boy was charged Thursday with five counts of murder and one count of attempted murder in the slayings Monday morning in Fall City. Two adults and three children — 7, 9 and 13 years old — were found dead shortly before 5 a.m. Monday after a shooting was reported at a home in the Lake Alice Road neighborhood in Fall City, about 25 miles east of Seattle. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/15-year-old-charged-killing-parents-3-siblings-washington-rcna176893 "The surviving 11-year-old sibling told police that her 15-year-old brother shot her and her family with a Glock handgun that belonged to their father, the probable cause statement says." The gun most likely to kill you is one that you own.

Progressivism equals Fascism? That's about as ass backwards a proposition one could possibly make unless it's a total troll or you posted after a session smoking fatties with Rich Ravizza.

The funny thing is that at exactly the same time Brent is arguing that Fascism is Socialism, Winsor is arguing you should vote Fascist to prevent Socialism, and they will both back each other up without a hint of irony.

Switching to a bigger suit is like changing a class in car racing - you get more power, but if you can't control it properly things will get really messy really fast. In particular, bigger suits are more sensitive to asymmetry on openings (body-twists), harder to recover from flatspins, and it's really easy to turn yourself into a meat missile if you loose focus at high speeds. Also, at normal speed the big suits fly you, not you fly them. What I mean is that wings have so much pressure that at normal speeds it feels like an autopilot. For experienced pilot that's a nice feature that helps to relax when needed, but for inexperienced it builds a false sense of confidence. And then when you need it to fly the suit for real (i.e. really fast or really slow, steep or shallow) you won't know what to do, or worse - you loose control of the suit. Flying ATC in formation with bigger suits (Freaks, Creatures, Makos) teaches how to fly the suit in all configurations because you'd have to work and think. You don't need a brand-new one. Since ATC is considered transitional suit, there's a chance someone will be selling a used one in good condition on Facebook. People are after these suits, so once you done jumping and grow into Freak, you can then sell it These are two popular Buy/Sell groups: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1652511934998695/ https://www.facebook.com/groups/233536077183570/

A man suffered a serious heart attack while shopping in a store. The store clerk called 911 when she saw him collapse to the floor. The paramedics rushed the man to the nearest hospital where he had emergency open heart bypass surgery. He awakened from the surgery to find himself in the care of nuns at the Catholic Hospital. A nun was seated next to his bed holding a clipboard loaded with several forms, and a pen. She asked him how he was going to pay for his treatment. "Do you have health insurance?" she asked. He replied in a raspy voice, "No health insurance." The nun asked, "Do you have money in the bank?" He replied, "No money in the bank." "Do you have a relative who could help you with the payments?" asked the irritated nun. He said, "I only have a spinster sister and she is a nun." The nun became agitated and announced loudly, "Nuns are not spinsters! Nuns are married to God." The patient replied, "Perfect. Send the bill to my brother-in-law."

The decisions she has made in regard to Trump's theft of classified documents tend to demonstrate a significant LACK of brains.

He's just a troll. No further explanation needed.

It’s really quite simple: you start with the conclusion, for example “Trump good, Libs bad”, and you just work backwards from there to try and twist the facts into that form…Pro Tip: this is easier if you do it with a complete disregard for facts and/or previous statements that you yourself have asserted as facts. It truly is a flawless strategy.

In the 1930s, if you didn't support Hitler, the Jews would win and destroy you. Today, if you don't support Trump, the Marxists/immigrants/RINOs/liberals will win and destroy you. Same story, different year.

It's the same bullshit as RonD's. Facts are nothing, it's all about the feels.

Yes, that's how Hitler worked it. "You are victims of the immigrants/liberals/woke people/Marxists who are stealing your jobs and killing you!" Never mind that Germans were killing THEM - indeed, one of the planks Hitler campaigned on was that he would not seek the death penalty for Germans who murdered immigrants. Trump is following the same path. Oh, Harris absolutely can. She is not a rapist or a felon. No one in her administration is now in jail for crimes against the United States. That is objectively "sucking less." Of course, that is only true in reality. In the MAGAverse where immigrants are eating all the cats and dogs, thousands of children are being forcibly converted to the opposite sex every day and Mexicans (not Trump) are raping American women - it all makes perfect sense. But how to mislead the people on that scale? Both Hitler and Trump have what Hitler called "the Big Lie." Hitler postulated that ordinary people wouldn't believe that he "could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously." And indeed many did not; many Germans honestly believed that Jews were poisoning the blood of Germany, and would lead to its collapse. Trump has his "they are eating the dogs! They are eating the cats!" - and indeed, his followers regularly state things like "come on! He wouldn't lie about something like THAT." Goebbels put it this way: "If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State." But to get the Big Lie out there you need a media apparatus, to "shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie." Hitler had Hugenberg, a media mogul who owned several newspapers and movie houses. They published papers and made movies about Hitler, all glowing and positive. Hitler playing with children. Hitler hiking, enjoying the beauty of nature. Hitler fighting for the common man. Trump, of course, has Rupert Murdoch and his media empire, who does the same thing for Trump. Trump working at a McDonald's just like ordinary Americans. Trump protecting Americans from MS13. Regular announcements how Trump won this debate or that poll. Supporting Trump because he's doing as good a job as Hitler did is not, IMO, a wise course to take. Even if he does promise to deal with the evil, scheming, criminal Jews immigrants.

Yes, clearly there are many Americans who would prefer a right wing dictator over social change that involves treating people of all kinds with respect and dignity. Hitler also was able to tap into people's innate tribalism and distrust of others. You have shown that you understand Trump's appeal and that of the MAGA fear mongers. What side are you going to choose? And please stop with the communist/socialist boogeyman drivel. In the current two party system in the US there is no socialist option. Just two different choices each dominated by capitalist ideology and each supported by various billionaires trying to become trillionaires.

That a clever fellow and student of history such as yourself can pretzel twist his logic until purges, mass starvations, genocides, the brutal and wholesale slaughter of untold millions of innocents and much more until it equates with being concerned with the safe futures and welfare of the weakest members of society is truly concerning. The simple fact that only Trump wants to suspend our democracy in favor of his own autocratic ambitions absolutely means that Harris whose desires are better lives for Americans sucks less. Whether or not her intentions are misguided is irrelevant by comparison.

Incorrect. If none of those things existed, they would just make up some other boogieman to hate on.... kinda like you do. You cannot have fear and hatred without creating something to fear and hate

I’m not going to say I’m surprised that you are a literal Nazi apologist, but I didn’t expect you to let your facade slip far enough to actually say it out loud. See that is actually a great point seeing as Harris is a paid up member of Antifa and BLM. Wait, she actually has nothing to do with them and you’re talking utter shite as usual? Go figure.

Hi Nigel, Re: It’s a sad indictment of American men/society that they prefer a rapist and criminal over a woman. One of the truest statements ever posted on this site. Thank You, Jerry Baumchen PS) I still cannot understand what they [ American men/society ] are afraid of.

Before Kamala started to run, we had a discussion about why she might not be the best alternative to Biden, and the strongest point was misogyny and racism. Polling shows that she lags Trump with men by quite a large margin. It’s a sad indictment of American men/society that they prefer a rapist and criminal over a woman. Forget all the right wing fuss about what is a woman, they really need to talk about what makes a man - because Trump is no alpha male role model, he’s a pathetic excuse for masculinity. When a significant portion of a society thinks a diaper wearing bully is better than a strong woman of conviction, they have a problem. I guess the old farts of DZ are woke liberals as for most posters are rational and sane - thankfully and hopefully enough of you to stop the madness.

I was just thinking Ukraine should take this opportunity to hold a referendum in their captured territory to see who wants to become a part of Ukraine. ;-)
