Actually this is a good example of perhaps the biggest threat of a Trump presidency. He may be blind, or at least unable to see beyond his own grievances. However he is surrounded by truly malignant people who will easily manipulate him, putting themselves in positions of power to do enormous harm to the country, and to the world. They were not prepared last time, as they did not expect to win. Project 2025 is enough to show they won't make that mistake again, and it's likely even worse is being planned by people who are smart enough to keep things under wraps until it's too late to stop them.

I agree with your interpretation of para. (a)(3) - but that said, it's poorly drafted, because it arguably leaves the definition of "occupant" ambiguous. IMO, to avoid this ambiguity, it should say something like (for example) "...each occupant, exclusive of required minimum flight crew who are required to use supplemental oxygen, is provided..."

Here comes one now. Something about rapid intensification because of record warm water or some such nonsense. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/tropical-storm-helene-hurricane-path-maps-track-forecast/

I suggest you call them - like, on the phone. Manufacturers typically want issues to be resolved expeditiously. Getting them involved also gives them an opportunity to analyze the situation for patterns of issues on their end.

I'm equal parts English, Irish, Scottish and Dutch. Near perfection.

Not at all, and there are far more that I could list. Russians, Cubans, Puerto Ricans . . . the one common factor is that they look/act/sound different and so can be hated as a group. And for some politicians, hate works.

"All right... we'll give some land to the niggers and the chinks. But we don't want the Irish!" [everyone complains] "Aw, prairie shit... Everybody!"

You forgot about the Chinese & Japanese. The racism against the Chinese was probably the strongest, and culminated with the Chinese Exclusion Act. While there was widespread opposition to and discrimination against various ethnic groups, that was the first major law restricting a particular ethnic group. The 'Gentlemen's Agreement' in 1907 effectively barred Japanese. And, of course, the internment camps in WW2.

If it continues Ron DeSantis will be the insurer for every single home in Florida. Wait a minute, "Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has said that state-backed Citizens Property Insurance is “not solvent” and could be in trouble if a storm hits the state. DeSantis’s comments come as the federal government conducts an investigation into whether the insurer has enough money on hand for a natural disaster. Citizens Property Insurance, Florida’s ‘insurer of last resort’, was formed in 2002 to provide windstorm and property coverage to state residents who could not obtain insurance elsewhere." Do you have any concept about the damage that you do to your credibility by making statements like that? Oh! forget it, I just noticed that Brent made the statement. Nevermind.

The cost of insurance is up everywhere because of the inflation caused by the Democrats. Actual storm damage has not increased, the cost of storm damage has.

Well, the 'cost' is to homeowners. You know "little people". And there's no benefit to the wealthy & powerful. So yeah, why should they do anything to mitigate AGW?
