Trump told over 30,000 well documented lies from Jan 2017 to Jan 2021, and has continued to do so. His true believers simply don't care. Just like they don't care that he's a rapist, a fraud and a thief.

I doubt any Harris supporters here will argue that we lucked out and got the best possible choice; it was simply Biden or Harris. I fear her less than I fear our system of choosing leaders which is clearly hopeless and becoming more so.

I believe there is a D-license requirement for Gold Wings (and also for other 'accomplishment' awards) I'm not trying to debate if that is a good thing or not, just that it's part of the requirements. If Kim is doing these jumps as tandems because she doesn't feel safe at her age, yet still holds a D, I don't have an issue with it. I can see some folks 'splitting hairs' and saying that since she hasn't made a solo jump in a while, she doesn't have a current D, but I would argue that with her history and her place in the sport, she should get a pass on it.

Facts: Trump/Pence increased debt by $7.8 trillion Biden/Harris increased debt by $6.2 trillion (so far) - extrapolating that through the final four months of his presidency gets us to $6.8 trillion Trump would be a disaster for the debt; Harris would be a bit better. Another nice story. Are you following Kim Knorr and her goal to hit 1,000 jumps and get her Gold Wings? She started jumping in 1959 and won gold in 4-way at the World Championships in 1962. Stopped jumping and restarted in 2003. She's traveling the country in her van making tandem jumps. She was at our DZ earlier this year. Last I heard she was over 700 jumps. Amazing spry and energetic for 85-years old.

I'm not particularly keen on Harris, but she is by far the lesser of two evils. Your repeated equivalencing of Harris with Trump is like equivalencing G.W. Bush with Saddam Hussein.

The safe answer is indeed a new line set. On the other hand, it that worth it for a little-produced, little-known canopy from way back, from a company that doesn't exist any more? (Correct? Flight Concepts became Parachutes Direct which is also gone now?) Otherwise if one wants to test pilot a bit, one could start fiddling with brake settings to affect the opening. Do the brakes need to be set deeper to try to catch air more, like pulling on rears? Although if the lines out of spec are "all over", then it isn't a very consistent situation. (How far is "out of spec" for that company? Is it something that was in the manuals?) I don't like providing simplistic answers, but I kind of think providing your customer with links to facebook and dropzone gear classifieds pages may be appropriate, to find a new used main parachute at an affordable price....

Assuming that they are all jumping the same size of main canopies, put the heaviest tandem out first and put the lightest out last. If the spot gets too long, the last TI should be smart enough to open higher than normal. Since outside photographers tend to open half as high as tandems, they deserve a better spot. At most DZs, photographers help open the door, and check the spot before exit.
