So do I. They exist. They are not the same as pro-Palestinian protests, no matter how tightly you crank down your blinders. I support Israel and their right to exist. I support the right of innocent people in Palestine to exist and to live in peace. I oppose anti-semitic protests. I oppose anti-Arab protests. I oppose Hamas and their terrorist tactics. And I think anti-Hamas protests are both justifiable and necessary. If you can't understand how someone can hold such views, then nothing I can tell you is going to help.

IMO most people who understand the issues feel the same way. My cable supplier carries the Israel international 24 hour news channel. Most of the politicians feel that almost all or all of the protests are anti-semitic. But they do have guests that make arguments that suggest your points. Its very difficult for the average citizen to separate Hamas from the Gaza population in general. I would add that I support the rights of Palestinian people to an independent state.But it has to be free of Iranian influences.

So you won't be voting for Trump the Pussy Grabber, then.

And vice versa. The legal age of marriage used to be 13 or so. Now we consider that immoral. It was once moral for a man to force his wife to have sex with him, indeed, that was defined as a "wifely duty." Now we consider that immoral. Absolutely true. The only person who has to agree with your morality is you (and your wife/partner if you are in that sort of relationship where it's expressed.) But - and this is a big but - you also don't have the right to impose your morality on anyone else.

Jump #30 . I was super nervous, after not jumping for 30 days.bad call on my behalf. Exit was nice very aware. I docked 3 times with my partner. Then passed out for a split second. There definitely is a pattern here. The age of consent and the level of protection from the sexual exploitation has been steadily increasing for at least 150 years. It is a direct result of liberalism and the decline of religion. Things that were once tolerated are no longer. Men go to jail for long periods of time for having immoral photos on their hard drives and police forces have members dedicated of finding them. There is more effort being made to understand pedophilia and why it exists. You are in error thinking that this means our society may someday tolerate the abuse of children. What it really means is that we are working harder to prevent it. That is the pattern. The "left" believes in protecting children. Childhood marriage is a conservative and largely a religious based belief in paternalism and the leadership of strong men who take what they want. It is a problem of the extreme right, not liberals.

You can try all you want to justify it, but Israel has gone too far. And it is going to damage itself in the end. And yes, an unfortunate increase in anti-semitism will flow from it.

Hi Hissone, From the D-Day landings to the liberation of Paris, 2/3 of the dead were French civilians. In the Jan '45 fire-bombing of Tokyo, 100,000 Japanese civilians died. Hi Wendy, You are so correct. In 2008, I absolutely did not want Hillary to get the nomination; which IMO she thought she deserved. After she became Sec of State, and worked her butt off in that job, I changed my mind. She would have made a damn good POTUS IMO. Jerry Baumchen

Winsor seems to dislike female D politicians almost as reflexibly as he does Muslims. I'm not sure what to make of it. The general hate on the right for Hillary seems to be the result of a long term focused slander campaign in the FOX and friends media. The hate goes beyond ordinary political dislike and seems visceral.

That kind of describes Hillary Clinton. If she were a man, she'd be considered a hardass who can get things done. Since she's a woman and a liberal (sort of), she's the bitch-devil incarnate. Wendy P.
