Yep. And still do. And we fight against those who say they will "terminate" it. Wait. I thought our religion was climate change? Or vaccines? It's tough to have to change your religion so often when conservatives change their mind . . . But seriously no liberal I know worships government. It's good at some things, bad at others. It is at its best when it protects the rights of everyone - women, minorities, LGBT people - against the tyranny of the masses. It is at its worst when it's used to support and enable individual strongmen. Sure. I support better control of our border, for example, even though I oppose Trump. That being said, it's ironic that what triggered this anti-liberal diatribe was the mention of one particular politician.

Lady Liberty keeps her blindfold on as she cries for the state of American justice. A rich White guy with 78.75 million shares of DJT stock sits $10 a share richer this morning alone than he did yesterday afternoon. She sees his new grifting of bibles, shoes, etc. to prey upon the weak minded cultists that whoreship him. He has figured out how to milk the cows dry. How to laugh at judgements and sanctions. Now recognizing what a lifetime of scamming the system has taught him.

Another loss for the GOP fuelled by abortion rights issues - this time in Alabama. https://www.washingtonpost.com/elections/2024/03/26/democrats-republicans-abortion-ivf-alabama-election/ Democrat Marilyn Lands on Tuesday decisively won an Alabama state House seat in a long-held Republican district, notching a special-election victory after centering her campaign on promoting access to abortion and in vitro fertilization. "So much winning"

Well, lots of people are interested in their own rights; a little less interested in others’ rights. Especially if those rights aren’t the the same ones. Wendy P.

yeah I always get a kick out of right wingers who do not trust the government, and think it should be dismantled and yet claim to 'believe in the constitution', which is apparently all about personal freedoms and nothing else. They seem to ignore and gloss over all the parts of the constitution that specifically define the government and in many cases, its widespread and expansive powers to govern. cherry picking - much like they do with the bible and so many other things.

He hits that sweet spot where the far end of the left wraps around and meets the far end of the right. Wendy P.

I know that right wingers are hoping he will draw from the left by attracting those who think Biden is too old. I think the reality is that Trump supporters have a large number of crazies among them and that RFK is their kind of people. Plus he will give those true conservatives who can't bring themselves to vote for a D POTUS another place to go.

Yep. Let's see - anti-vaxxer, conspiracy theorist, convicted criminal and druggie. Thinks 5G causes cancer. Helped kill 83 foreign kids in American Samoa by denying them measles vaccines. Thinks the Deep State CIA is assassinating his relatives. Says guns are not the problem in gun violence. Claims vaccines cause autism. Sounds like he's going to appeal to Trump supporters a lot more than he will appeal to Biden supporters.

Enough so that a guy from another country might leave Perris thinking they are Trumpies? That's damn sad no matter the truth.

They're not. Heck, the DZ manager is very much a non Trumpie. But non-Trump supporters now know to not talk about it, to avoid the attacks against them.

You have people spending life in prison, without ability for parole, for shoplifting. You haven't given a flying fuck about "lady liberty" until you needed to ease the cognitive dissonance. Has it ever crossed your mind lady liberty is after Trump cause Trump did bad stuff, but is still given more deference and "runway" than any other defendant ever?

Hi Craig, As noted above, I've been wrong about some of this. Al K for sure was the 'face' and leader of Cap'n Hook & the Sky Pirates. When Craig Fronk re-located to SoCal, he got on Al's team. IMO it did not take long & Craig was running the team. Then it became known as Visions & then Coors. At least, that is how I remember things. I knew some of the guys on Cleareye Express quite well, but not Craig. See this: who were the first 8-way world champs - Skydiving History & Trivia - Dropzone.com The last I heard of Craig was 'about' 20 yrs ago when he applied for the position of USPA Ex Director; he did not get the job. Also, the last time I saw Al K was at the memorial for Gary Douris at Elsinore, about 2009. Jerry Baumchen

I want to say that she joined the convent sometime in the very early 80's, because I believe she worked for NWA for another 9 or 10 years after the hijacking. I think a lot of the Cooper witnesses and participants were somewhat media shy because of what happened in the late 70's with the Coffelt stuff. Flo, Tina, Rat, and others were talking pretty freely to this movie producer from Hollywood who was trying to make some production based on Coffelt's story. There's a 302 where the FBI admonishes all of them and basically says "we can't stop you from talking to whomever you wish, but you need to understand that if you provide anyone with any information that could hurt the investigation in any way, you can be prosecuted." So I think that shut them up for quite a while. Tina was always a very religious and empathetic person. I don't think her going to the convent had anything whatsoever to do with Cooper. My list of suspects is just compiled of names in the FBI Files and names that others have put forward. I'll PM it to you.

I think you know the answer to that. They will only receive protections that will 1) take away women's freedoms, 2) not burden men with any additional responsibilities, 3) not cost the government any money and 4) not give immigrants any additional ways to gain citizenship. Keep in mind that when a prison guard in Texas lost her child due to Texas prison officials not allowing her to go to a hospital, Texas lawyers argued that she could not sue for wrongful death because a fetus is not a child. You can bet everything you own that if she had gotten an abortion herself, she'd be in jail now.
