Negative. The needn't accept the subject. Anytime you seek to learn a thing, that the thing is a subject is manifest. No, for your purposes they must first accept the proposition as true. All you want to do is finish the job. Try as we all do, you will never see the fallacy of your method. No matter, I forgive you for you know not what you do.

Most frustrating is that we are past two years and two months since Trump absolutely and certainly attempted to overthrow our government by suborning an insurrection that caused the deaths of Americans and we haven't so much as cancelled his paper delivery much less something as basic as bringing him in for a few questions. No, not at all, instead we let him run again for President on a platform that is essentially you ain't seen nothing yet. I get it that patience has never been one of my core strengths but goddamnit, it's time to shit or get off the pot. I had high hopes for Garland but now I see him as one of those guys who have velcro shoe closures because tying a bow is just too much of a decision. Yes, Jack Smith looks mean and we're supposed to be giddy because he has the reputation of being a hunter. But as any real hunter knows it ain't meat until it's in the pan and the reality is that every shot isn't a kill shot. On occasion you need to finish the hunt later. The bottom line is that it most certainly can get to where it's too late to make the right decision. Sometimes it gets to where it's time to do something even if it's wrong. If it's not yet that time it ain't far from it.

Ulis on TV. I really don’t like this lawsuit. It’s my opinion that a DNA recovery specialist needed to make the initial request. I think if a credentialed DNA lab sent in a request (non-FOIA) to try and recover DNA from a particular spot on Cooper’s tie that the FBI perhaps would have granted the request. Or at least have Tom make the request since there is already precedent for him having access. Eric is just a random dude to them, of course they aren’t going to give him access, especially when he didn’t have someone lined up already. I advised him on a FB Live a month or so ago that his lawsuit would carry a lot more weight if the DNA lab was part of the suit. I’m concerned that suing the FBI is just going to piss them off and that we’ll never get access again.

Nowadays we see hate employed as a political tool, as a way to motivate voters and supporters to do a politician's bidding. Hate is a powerful emotion, and if you can get people hating, you can get them to do almost anything. (Plenty of examples here.) And all too often, the political language today is employed to fire up this very useful emotion. "FAGS in your son's PANTS!" is a headline I remember from this very forum not too long ago. And recently a poster here has used similar tactics; "globohomos" was in the title of a recent post. When Schwarzenegger ran the first time I didn't vote for him because I thought he'd be like a bull in a china shop. And he was, at first. But much to my surprise he learned from his mistakes and actually took responsibility for them, a rare trait in politics. I voted for him the second time around, because a politician who can admit his mistakes is a promising politician indeed. He recently gave a speech and I thought part of it was very relevant for today's political environment: ======================= Some of them joined . . .because they were filled with hate. Some of them joined because they thought they deserved more out of life. And they bought into the idea that the only way to make their lives better was to make other lives worse. Some of them joined because they were frustrated with the government, and some of them just joined because everyone else was doing it. In the end, it didn't really matter why they joined. They were all broken in the same way. That's the bottom line here. I mean, if you find yourself at the crossroads, wondering if that path of hate might make sense to you for one reason or the other, or even wrapping yourself with the flag of hate, I want you to know where that path ends. I want you to see very clearly in front of you, in your minds. Because throughout history, hate is always been the easy path, the path of least resistance. It's easy to find a scapegoat for a problem than to try to make things better ourselves. Right? But let me be clear. You will not find success in the end of this rope. You will not find fulfillment or happiness because hate burns fast and bright. It might make you feel empowered for a while, but eventually consumes whatever vessel it fuels. It breaks you. It's the path of the weak. And that's why there has never been a successful movement based on hate. =======================

The DNA is the only way to get a 100% solution and Eric is risking that by not doing this properly.

A wise judge once said, "sometimes a lawsuit is just a press release with a filing fee."

Why should anyone believe anything the bible has to say? Conflicting creation accounts in Genesis, a global flood that clearly never happened, even Jewish scholars say the exodus never occurred, and contradicting gospels that were written anonymously at best 25 years after the supposed events took place.

They removed the last 3 rows of seats. No idea where Cooper’s seat is now. Would be a cool piece for a museum.

Hate is closely related to fear and therefore is among the most basic of emotions. We all are tempted by it at many points in our lives. It is always just one step from the even more common emotion we call anger. Once people are made angry it is very easy to get them to hate.

For no good reason that reminded me of one of the classic 80's movies out there. BUCKAROO BANZAI: John Parker, take this wheel. Just . .. there. . that's good. It flies like a truck. ALIEN: Good. What is a truck?

Kinda depends on how one defines 'success'. In and around Vuhledar, Russia waged a pretty fierce tank battle. They lost. Depending on who you believe, somewhere in the neighborhood of 130 tanks. Almost certainly over 100. Plus the various other vehicles, armored and not, that accompany that sort of thing. And a whole lot of troops too. Reports are saying that Russia sent the tanks into battle in column. Which virtually guaranteed their destruction. Reports are also saying that the Russian army is restructuring their armor troops into a 'new' configuration. Because they have to. Because they don't have the capability or the equipment to properly deploy them. Also in the 'success' file, the G20 held talks in Delhi. At that meeting, Foreign Minister Lavrov claimed that Ukraine attacked Russia. The audience laughed. https://www.theguardian.com/world/video/2023/mar/04/g20-russia-foreign-minister-sergei-lavrov-ukraine-video
