If you read the original document (as linked in the first post on this thread) it is Mr. G.'s "motion for contempt." It is not a judge's decision. So it is still the two parties (Mr. G. versus USPA) debating. A huge part of this debate is whether Mr. G. knew that someone lese was forging his signature on T.I. certification documents.

Of course. Brent's particular pocket of the right wing really has no other agenda other than "fuck you." Fuck Joe Biden. Fuck immigrants. Fuck Disney! Cancel them! Fuck climate change. Fuck vaccines, science, evolution, trans people, being woke, renewable energy, Whoopi Goldberg, CNN and women's rights. They take this approach because it works with a large percentage of conservatives. Many are never happier than when they can say "fuck you!" to someone who they think might be smarter/more successful/more aware than they are.

That's only even possibly true if you have one to be halved. Maybe you think a gun toting, dog eat dog, world is nirvana. Inarguably it's the natural order in most of the animal kingdom. The exception being a single species that saw that making concessions and working together for mutual success could reap huge rewards.

I spent some time a while ago looking at the 1960s era Raleigh/Belair coupon catalogs. The men in the catalog are from central casting for the Cooper witness descriptions. I always wondered if maybe the tie clip or his pocket knife came from the catalog, but alas it was pure speculation and there was no way to connect anything. In the 40s, there was a show called The Raleigh Cigarette Program. I believe Red Skelton was the host. In more fantasy and speculation, I imagined that maybe Cooper watched the program as a young man or boy with his family and that's how he became a Raleigh cigarettes smoker ?
