Absolutely. Apparently we were able to get them enough Soviet equipment that they could use right away. We supplied immediately usable intelligence right away. We supplied advanced artillery that was usable soon enough. We apparently supplied Javelin and other portable anti-tank and anti aircraft systems soon enough. I say soon enough because with that help the Ukrainians were able to fight back and reclaim territory. A year in Ukraine is still a sovereign nation, the war is yet contained in Ukraine, and Russia has thus far been humiliated by it's military incompetence and inability to win a quick war against a much weaker and contiguous nation. The frog is on the boil, seems to me. I continue to have faith that Biden, our military leaders, and our NATO partners will keep the Ukrainians well equipped and the war contained.

Exact performance envelope numbers for any current fighter are highly classified. Anything available online is either an approximation or a guess. Also, being able to reach 65,000ft isn’t the same as having precise enough control for gun targeting at 65000ft. Plus it’s a very big balloon and gun rounds are quite small and would almost certainly go straight through without exploding. If it then comes down so slowly it drifts over deep water in the meantime you’ll end up spending way more looking for the bits than you’ve saved saved on the price of a missile.

Motherfuckers are people who use money and lawyers to violate laws and legal documents. This was not a case of new owners operating within the law and their rights. I'm honestly sick and tired of seeing people use money and connections to act as if they are above the law. Things may be different down south, but I still like to think that we are a nation of laws.

they are jumping a cessna on weekends while they loan their otter out for the winter....very small freefly crowd....pretty much nonexistant except for me and a buddy of mine when we are there and maybe 1 or two other people....awesome facilities...they are busting their ass to grow the business in time for the spring... they are 35 minutes from my house...i hope they survive!

So I did a search and I'm wondering if anyone can give me the current scoop on the dropzone. Their website is pretty, but not too much info there. Looks like it is under construction. I just spent over a week in DC and couldn't believe how beautiful the weather is this time of year. I really wanted to get a few jumps in, but didn't have my rig or any info about the local dzs. Every day was blue blue blue skies and nice warm weather - calm winds. Would have been nice. So, what's the dealio with Hartwood Paracenter in case I make it back down there?? Do they have a decent freefly scene at all? How's that otter? Any jump ticket specials or discount days? How long is the season? Are they open during the winter? Thanks guys!!
